Excellent, top-quality ingredients, perfectly cooked meats paired with good wine.
The service needs a complete overhaul; side dishes arrived in spurts, and before the appetizer, they were disorganized. The meats arrived within 15 minutes of each other, transforming a convivial moment into a one-on-one dinner.

From the moment you step through the door, you are enveloped in a welcoming and refined atmosphere. But the real star here is, of course, the meat. And what meat! Every cut we tried was of superior quality, prepared to perfection. From the incredible tenderness of the tagliata to the succulence of the fiorentina, every bite was a true explosion of flavor. It is clear that "Sfizi del Palato" selects only excellent raw materials, and the mastery in cooking brings out every flavor to the max.

Di passaggio verso nord si fa ora di cenare.
Incuriositi dalle recensioni ci fermiamo in questa piccola macelleria con annesso un piccolo ristorante posto all’ingresso della cittadina.
Accolti dal sig. Nino, ottimo proprietario, e dal suo staff, quello che doveva essere un frugale e veloce pasto si è tramutato in una ottima cena.
Ampissima scelta di carni - tutte di eccellente qualità - ,dedizione nella preparazione dei semplici piatti e eccellente scelta di vini hanno reso questa cena sorprendentemente memorabile.
Servizio semplice e familiare come è giusto che sia e prezzi piu che corretti.
A presto! Ci rivedremo al nostro prossimo transito dalle vostre parti.
