The experience begins at the counter: we were able to personally select the cut of meat directly from the butcher with the expert and passionate guidance of the owner, who advised us on the best options based on our tastes. This isn't just a meal, but a true consultation on the raw materials. The meat was simply excellent: superior quality, with perfect marbling that made every bite succulent and intensely flavorful. The portions were also ideal. The atmosphere was comfortable and quiet, ideal for an outdoor dinner. The side dishes were equally outstanding: the cruschi peppers were crunchy and delicious, and the grilled vegetables and fries were also perfectly prepared. Special praise goes to the staff: extremely kind and attentive to our every need. We'll definitely be back!

We'd come a little pre-emptively, partly because our experiences weren't always up to par, but once inside, a world of deliciousness opened up. A unique experience, starting with the exquisite cured meats, to the perfectly cooked sausages, and ending with a delicious meat: Argentine fillet and Podolica rib-eye steak. Not to be missed. The owner, Mr. Nino, is a character who alone is worth the price. He offered me an excellent rum, served with chocolate and a cigar. I've never eaten so well in recent memory.
