All their production is based on strong, deeply rooted values, and it shows in the aromas, the carefully crafted pairings, and the quality of the ingredients. My experience at Macelleria Bonat was simply memorable. As soon as you enter, you immediately realize this isn't a normal "shop": Luigi and Simonetta don't simply sell products, they tell stories through food. Luigi, with his infectious passion and in-depth knowledge of raw materials, takes everyone on a journey of authentic flavors and careful selection. His "non-butcher" vision shines through in every product: every cut, every preparation is the result of respect for the product and for those who will enjoy it. Alongside him, Simonetta enriches the experience with a touch of warmth and authenticity: her culinary creations—from home cooking to desserts—perfectly complement the experience. The tasting I enjoyed was a succession of pleasant surprises, where the attention to detail and the quality of the ingredients are evident in every bite.  This is a place where you don't just buy food, you live an experience: Luigi and Simonetta put heart, expertise, and a genuine joy into what they do. The meat is of the highest quality, as are the owners, who are truly exquisite people. It remains a boutique of meat and human relationships. I definitely recommend visiting this oasis to everyone!
