LUPPOLO & FARINA In Latiano

We went to this pizzeria last night, on the recommendation of a local… and what a nice surprise! The service was fast and super friendly. A special round of applause to the young waitress who was able to answer our (numerous!) questions with a smile, helping us navigate a large, varied and very original menu. The pizzas? Truly excellent, with unusual doughs and combinations. We were absolutely struck by the “Ricco e Povero” and the “Nera-No”: both very original and simply exceptional!

First experience for me in this super famous pizzeria: vote 10 and praise! The staff is very friendly and attentive to meet the needs of customers, the quality of the individual ingredients that make up the dishes is really high and you can taste it. We will return.

Very well-kept, clean and elegant interior, as well as fortunately with air conditioning, given the great heat even in the evening. The outdoor environment is also very nice and suggestive and the presence of the central lamp that lights up makes the dinner even more romantic 😅 I had the opportunity to taste the ARTISAN CROCCHÉ with smoked Scamorza filling for the first time and I must say that it was really good (even if perhaps the number of pieces could be increased, given the price 😅), subsequently I ate the CALABRESE PIZZA 🍕, in the NAPLES version, very soft and good and fortunately not excessively spicy. Young, cheerful and fast staff makes the TABLE SERVICE optimal and I must say that the waiting time was short, certainly also because we arrived at the location at 11pm so there was less attendance. The only flaw, certainly to be re-evaluated by the managers, was the toilet service which unfortunately was not very clean. However, given the good welcome from the staff, the excellent food and the very nice environment, I will definitely return 😃

Situata in Via Francesco d’Ippolito 98, questa pizzeria si distingue per l’impasto leggero e fragrante, risultato di una lunga lievitazione, e per l’utilizzo di ingredienti selezionati sia pugliesi che campani.   Il locale è ampio, accogliente e luminoso, con cucina e forni a vista che permettono di osservare la maestria dei pizzaioli. Il menu offre una vasta gamma di pizze, dalle classiche alle più innovative, con abbinamenti che esaltano le eccellenze del territorio. Tra le proposte, spiccano la “Bufala e il penniolo” e la “Pizza dell’alleanza”, quest’ultima presente nel menu “Contaminazioni del Sud”.   Oltre alle pizze, meritano una menzione speciale gli antipasti, come il “cubotto di pasta”, una deliziosa reinterpretazione della pasta e patate fritta, e il “crocchettone” a base di patate e pepe, entrambi molto apprezzati dai clienti. Il servizio è efficiente e cordiale, con un personale attento e disponibile. L’ambiente è curato nei minimi dettagli, garantendo un’esperienza culinaria piacevole. Da sottolineare anche la vasta selezione di birre artigianali e una carta dei vini ben assortita, con un occhio di riguardo alle etichette pugliesi.  In conclusione, Luppolo & Farina rappresenta una delle eccellenze nel panorama delle pizzerie pugliesi, offrendo un’esperienza gastronomica che coniuga tradizione e innovazione. Consigliata sia per una serata tra amici che per una cena in famiglia.

Locale dove tornerò sicuramente. Bella la location, atmosfera molto tranquilla, pulizia del locale e tutto ben curato, personale gentile, disponibile e molto preparato. La selezione di birre adeguata e molto buone, le pizze sono Top! Prezzo giusto. Da provare.
