Excellent, fairly economical residence just a few minutes from the center of Dervio. Two single-storey buildings with rooms on both the ground floor and the first floor that directly overlook the outside, with large outdoor spaces. Some rooms equipped for disabled people. On the lawn there is a beautiful level terrace with a view of the lake from a fairly high position. The rooms are quite large and basic, cleanliness is good. Large reserved parking. There are currently no bar or food outlets available. Competitive price/performance ratio. Interesting as a base for traveling along that branch of the coast of Lake Como.
