We drank a fragrant Trentodoc with a delicate sparkle, then an Etna red "Pian dei Daini," elegant, with fruity notes of small red fruits like cherry, with mineral nuances. The palate was minerally and savory enough, and easy to drink... one glass leads to another 😅🍷... The wine list is well-stocked, with many well-selected labels, there's something for all tastes.
