Trendy place... beautiful evenings and excellent beer

Nice place, unfortunately the service wasn't the most efficient. It was around 10:15 PM, and we were there to have a few beers with friends... it took a good 10 minutes before they came to take our order. The beer was good, though, and there was a lot of choice.

A welcoming place right in the center of Sassari. We found it by chance, had lunch here, and were pleasantly surprised. The owner is really friendly and gave us lots of information about the city. We recommend the rigatoni with bottarga and marjoram—it's truly excellent. And the prices are reasonable. Highly recommended if you're in town.

L'Opificio is a truly special place, which combines authentic flavors and a warm and relaxing atmosphere. A dish that speaks for itself: rigatoni all'amatriciana is a hymn to tradition, prepared with skill and served with that home-made touch that warms the heart. The bacon is crispy just right, the sauce has a balanced sweetness and the pecorino enhances every bite with character. Perfect pasta cooking, clear and enveloping flavours. The octopus with sea asparagus and green beans was a real revelation: very tender, tasty at the right point, accompanied by fresh vegetables that enhance the dish without covering its delicacy. A perfect balance. Friendly, present but discreet service. An experience that remains in the heart... and in the taste. We will definitely be back!!!
