Locanda Baggio is a historic family-run establishment with a top-level food and wine offering.
The cuisine is refined, using excellent raw materials processed with great technique.
Enrico in the room, with his savoir faire and his great preparation in the world of wine is the icing on the cake.
If it were up to me, I would give it a Michelin star immediately!
Well done.

Very nice place, externally with those climbing ivies gives it that extra touch.
Very spacious environment with external tables and awning.
Also accessible for people with walking difficulties, as everything is flat, including the bathroom.
Tasting menu with overall excellent food.
Really excellent multigrain bread and crackers, homemade.
Good Cabernet wine by the glass.
Friendly staff.
Large outdoor parking.
Almost total absence of the network and Wi-Fi.
Excellent workmanship of the dishes, both in shape and consistency.

In my opinion the best restaurant in the area. Space food, with constantly innovative ideas and a cuddly environment that feels like home.

Every moment has value, including meals.
There are many restaurants around Italy (and the world) that I would like to try. When I'm out and about I always try to take advantage of discovering new places or returning to places I love. On this occasion, after a stroll around the beautiful Asolo, I went to a restaurant that I had wanted to discover for some time: Ristorante Locanda Baggio, a historic and renowned restaurant in this area.
The impact with that building and those windows surrounded by ivy immediately enchanted me and the interior, the refinement and the welcoming environment make the stay even more pleasant. The lightened beams and that dark pastel blue and the brick arches give calm. Not least, as well as being synonymous with great attention and cleanliness, the open kitchen that welcomes everyone when entering this gem.
I admit that I have not seen the wine list but Enrico Baggio, the current generation arm in arm with his parents, was really kind and professional in offering me excellent quality wines by the glass and also an excellent and unexpected gin to match the dessert; all topped off by its excellent service that blends competence and conviviality.
Cooking is an art that chef Luca Tegon (with his team) knows how to develop well.
The welcome is lively, fresh and creates anticipation and even more interest in the other courses.
The snails are tender, delicious and with a strong character that gives energy to the dish; the tortellini homage to Pollock are already pop at the sight and amaze the palate, breaking away from clichés.
But it's the guinea fowl that amazes me most of all... it's been years since I've eaten it like this. Excellent raw material and valued in its entirety, all with original and equally exquisite accompaniment. Finally, the sweet tribute to Monfumo apples. Three perfect consistencies merged with the excellent quality of the product and the freshness of the dish.
What else to write? I conclude with a very specific statement: I would have liked to have discovered it some time ago and I will certainly not fail to sit at one of their tables.
