A place where, right from the start, they make you feel at home. Impeccable welcome from all the staff, high-level food, selection of wines curated and presented with great skill by the sommelier. Even with a full room, table service times are not affected. It's nice to enter and immediately see the team in the kitchen through the transparent glass. We will certainly return to delight our palates. Well done, keep it up!

“Fascinating” cuisine for the choice of ingredients and plating. Impeccable service in a relaxing and comfortable environment. There is an air of times gone by but the chef prepares modern and very balanced dishes. Special wine list. Absolutely worth trying.

From the first moment you enter Baggio, you feel pampered by a warm, clean and very well looked after environment.
This evening we opted for the signature menu, it consists of 8 courses and on this occasion it was a fish-only menu.
Enrico, the sommelier, will enchant you with his passion and enthusiasm by explaining every single dish and pairing it with excellent wines.
The tasting menu was a wonderful surprise, an explosion of aromas, colours, sensations and tastes.
I will only mention some of the dishes, they are all delicious, but as in all experiences, something always remains in the memory.
The tasting started with a flaky mantis shrimp flavored with sea water and a hint of black garlic, beautiful and delicious.
Sublime is the Gillardeau oyster with lime and yuzu pearls, I recommend you make the slipper!!
The last two dishes that I mention and which left me with a wonderful memory are the San Massimo risotto with glazed chicken oysters. Enveloping, intense and creamy. WOW!
The second is the tortellini Homage to Jackson Pollock, a beautiful dish to look at and a surprise with every bite.
I thank Antonietta who explained to us how the dish was born as a tribute to a famous American painter, Jackson Pollock after his visit to the Venice Biennale.

Lights and shadows in this very beautiful place with impeccable service. The meat, game and fish are very good with the use of excellent quality raw materials. However, the first courses and the vegetarian options were disappointing. I wasn't convinced by the deconstructed sopa coada with a bland lasagne and the broth served separately whose flavors don't blend together, the excessive use of sour cream in the Pollock tortellini and in the truffle egg. I hoped that the excessive use of cream in cooking was just a sad memory of the eighties, why not use the delicate oil from the surrounding hills instead? Surprisingly non-existent side dishes, in contrast to the gastronomic offer of the area. Prices disproportionate to the inconsistent quality of the cuisine.

Tutto perfetto, dal cibo eccellente alla cordialità del personale. Prezzo in linea con la qualità del cibo. Piatti giusti né troppo abbondanti né scarsi. Quando esci da questo splendido ristorante ti senti più che sazio. Qualità più che ottima, gentilezza e preparazione del personale di sala di livello.
La mia compagna ed io siamo stati accolti in maniera eccezionale e siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti da tutto e da tutti. È certo che torneremo più e più volte. Questo ristorante ed il personale sono una grande certezza.

For a special occasion on Tuesday we had the opportunity to dine at this restaurant, and I can't say enough about the amazing experience I had. The dishes were true culinary works of art, with flavors that exploded in your mouth in a triumph of taste. Furthermore, the customer service was not only impeccable but also elevated by the wine service by an expert sommelier. Throughout the dinner, we felt pampered and surrounded by an atmosphere of authentic hospitality. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience accompanied by truly impeccable service. I can't wait to return and relive this amazing experience!

Ogni momento ha un valore, compreso i pasti.
Ci sono tanti ristoranti in giro per l’Italia (e il mondo) che vorrei provare. Quando sono a spasso cerco sempre di approfittare per scoprire nuovi posticini o tornare nei luoghi che amo. In quest’occasione, dopo due passi per la stupenda Asolo, mi sono recata in un ristorante che volevo scoprire già da un po’ di tempo: Ristorante Locanda Baggio, ristorante storico e rinomato in questo territorio.
L’impatto con quell’edificio e quelle finestre contornate dall’edera mi ha incantata subito e l’interno, la raffinatezza e l’ambiente accogliente, rendono ancora più piacevole la permanenza. Le travi schiarite e quell’azzurro scuro pastello e le arcate di mattoni, donano calma. Non da meno, oltre che essere sinonimo di grande attenzione e pulizia, la cucina a vista che accoglie tutti quando si entra in questa chicca.
Ammetto di non aver visto la carta vini ma Enrico Baggio, attuale generazione a braccetto con i suoi genitori, é stato davvero gentile e professionale nel propormi vini al calice di ottima qualità e anche un eccellente ed inaspettato gin in abbinamento al dolce; il tutto condito dal suo eccellente servizio che fonde competenza e convivialità.
La cucina é un’arte che lo chef Luca Tegon (con la sua brigata) sa ben sviluppare.
Il benvenuto é frizzante, fresco e crea aspettativa e ancor più interesse verso le altre portate.
Le lumache risultano tenere, prelibate e con un carattere ben deciso che dona energia al piatto; i tortellini omaggio a Pollock sono pop già alla vista e stupiscono al palato uscendo dai cliché.
Ma é la faraona a stupirmi più di tutto… erano davvero anni che non mi capitava di mangiarla così. Ottima materia prima e valorizzata nella sua completezza, il tutto con accompagnamento originale e altrettanto squisito. Infine, il dolce tributo alle mele di Monfumo. Tre perfette consistenze fuse con l’eccellente qualità del prodotto e la freschezza del piatto.
Che altro scrivere? Concludo con un’affermazione ben precisa: avrei voluto scoprirlo già tempo addietro e non mancherò sicuramente di sedermi ad un loro tavolo.
