Good morning, I have read some fairly harsh reviews, some improvements will probably need to be made but I can only say that in my opinion and that of my wife, the managers of the facility are a 5 star family, they just need a pinch of trust in more so, as unlike other operators, they put their heart into their dishes and serving them at the table ❤ These are people who work honestly and therefore deserve all our respect. That said, if something isn't to your liking,
just point it out, I'm sure that Mr. Franco will be ready to rectify some aspects of the kitchen and improve some small details of the structure, so that negative reviews like those published here are no longer mentioned. I clarify that we are not relatives of the manager, we are a couple from Rome, who found themselves eating at this wonderful family-run pizzeria, who had the ability to make us feel at HOME!
For this reason, I invite all readers of this writing of mine to visit this structure full of simplicity and good people. I am very sure that you too will realize the inner love that exists in this family management.

Reading the reviews I was a bit sceptical, but yesterday at the Spuntino I ate an excellent marinara. Other pizzas also arrived at the table, including an eye-running provolone and pepper wagon wheel, which were equally appreciated. Excellent flavour, old-fashioned dough and cooking like the master pizza chefs of the past. The immense friendliness of the staff also makes the difference. I will definitely go back.
