Lo Scoglio In

La qualità e la cottura dei piatti da 5 stelle. Servizio gentile ma lento. Ordinata una porzione e di cozze/vongole ottime e 2 pezzogne da porzione al forno con patate. Problemi: abbiamo ordinato le pezzogne e ci è arrivato un dentice rosso (peraltro cotto alla perfezione). Abbiamo ordinato una Falanghina ed è arrivato un Vermentino di Gallura (anche lui buono). Dato che i prezzi dei sostituti erano uguali a quelli dei piatti ordinati, non è stata una truffa. Ma allora perché? Forse dato che non c’erano più 2 Pezzogne da porzione come ci avevano detto, ci hanno dato quello che avevano senza dirci nulla? Stessa cosa per il vino? O solo un po’ di cialtroneria anti turisti del tipo:’tanto non se ne accorgono’? Poi il servizio fatturato €9,20, insensato. Insomma, peccato. Buona qualità di cibo rovinata dalla incapacità imprenditoriale della proprietà’

Once is enough! Beautiful location by the sea! The limited portions are quite good but very expensive, too much.

I love the sea! I'm here for work and I spent this weekend on site. Today I focused my time on Sabaudia, so I looked for a seaside location for lunch and identified Lo Scoglio as the one that would suit me and I booked. Once on site, I asked to change my table so I could be totally outside with a direct view of the sea and they obliged me... Show... I first consumed a spritz accompanied by olives and peanuts, then sautéed mussels as an appetizer, then mixed grilled fish with a side of sautéed chicory. Everything fresh, well plated and really good. Courtesy and speed of the staff and sincere hospitality of the owner. And then... the sea that acts as the soundtrack and the breeze that cradles you are priceless! I recommend and will definitely return. Compliments!
