As for the food, it's a top experience; I frequently order takeout from them. I often get a very kind and genuinely nice older lady (I assume the owner) answering the phone. Tonight, for the first time, I was answered by a truly rude lady. She treated me terribly, and honestly, it puts me off ordering. It doesn't make much difference to me, because I already know the place and I like it, but I don't want to be treated badly by a frustrated person (because that's what she is). I understand it's the end of the season and we're all tired, but rudeness is not justified. I hope this review reaches the owners, because it's truly a shame for such a nice place, which serves such good food, to have someone who treats customers this way.
