Very good pizza, thin crust, high-quality ingredients, and a really generous portion. Very good price-quality ratio. The place itself also has a nice, atmospheric atmosphere, and the service is friendly. I recommend it.

The various pizza flavors are excellent. The meatballs, potato croquettes, chicken slices, and beef steaks are delicious.

I don't know if it was the hunger I'd built up after three days of forced fasting, or if Lievito is actually the best restaurant in Calabria, but after the experience at my brother-in-law's house, Girolamo Girolamo Girolamo, this dinner literally gave me back my will to live. The context (so we never forget) I was coming from a full immersion in Girolamo's experimental cuisine: a man who firmly believes that coriander, melon, ricotta, pomegranate, cauliflower, and radish can coexist peacefully in a single dish. After 72 hours of staring at that hallucinogenic mix without daring to swallow, and with a 5-hour drive from Rome behind me, I arrived at Lievito with mystical visions. The experience at Lievito: Walking in was like going from black and white to 4K. The pizza: Light and digestible dough, excellent ingredients and raw materials. Recently, with friends, after making a reservation, I visited this pizzeria located almost in the city center on Via Filippini, a one-way street. The two-story restaurant, with rustic furnishings, is clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly, professional, and helpful, and the service is fairly fast. They offer a wide variety of pizzas, including lactose-free and gluten-free options, as well as whole-wheat options. The mixed appetizers are good, and the pizzas are excellent. They have high crusts, very light dough, perfect leavening, and good, fresh ingredients. They also have a good selection of craft beers. A little noisy, but that's okay for a pizzeria. Unfortunately, it's difficult, if not impossible, to find parking near the pizzeria. Excellent value for money. We'll be back.

We had to wait a bit for a table because I hadn't booked, but it was definitely worth it... The arancini with speck were delicious, but the pizza was truly exceptional, made with top-quality ingredients. I'll definitely be back.

I've had dinner at Lievito a couple of times, eating pizza that doesn't taste like pizza; I'd call it more of a focaccia filled in various ways, but still enjoyable.

The dining room was a little warm, but the food is always good here, which for a pizza means it's light and doesn't leave you chugging along. The draft beer is good, but be careful, it's a 33-cl bottle, not a 0.4-cl like a medium beer elsewhere.
