Lievito Padre In Minturno

The place is very small with few tables and the entrance is almost invisible from the street, but we suggest everyone not to stop at appearances and go in. You will find a friendly and professional service, a competent pizza chef who churns out really good pizzas (and not only). We spent a great evening welcomed as "friends" and not just as customers. We don't remember the name of the dessert (see photo) but that alone is worth the stop. Very honest bill. More than recommended, recommended.

Everything was good. However, when you consider all the work that goes into preparing pizza dough with yeast, you can't help but be pleasantly surprised by the final taste. Tender, multi-flavored, and authentic. Pure bliss! Fast service, a family atmosphere, and visible work from the pizza maker. A dynamic team, by the way; I recommend they drink plenty of water and take vitamin D. Good luck to all the staff 🤝🤗

I had already tried Paposcia in the past but here it is superb not only for the top quality products used... the pizza is really good and the owners are very kind, waiting times are very short... not to be missed!!! I highly recommend it

Fantastic pizza, delicious dough, we didn't leave a crumb. Perfectly thin inside, with very high quality ingredients. Nicely done place with a large oven, very nice owners. I recommend!
