We found it while searching for a place to eat at Paposcia, and the reviews piqued our curiosity. It's located a little outside the center of Manfredonia, and the place is small but welcoming. On the wall are all the certificates the owner has earned over time, which have allowed him to achieve exceptional quality in his pizza dough and Paposcia, which he uses in a variety of toppings with top-quality ingredients. They also pay close attention to those with allergies and intolerances, as well as those on a ketogenic diet. We'll definitely be back to try other flavors.
