Out of necessity, I ate at several pizzerias during my visit to Manfredonia... but no pizza is like this one. Amazing dough. An exceptional product. The best pizza I've ever had.

Fantastic discovery! The dough is incredibly light! I asked for a vegan pizza with a marinara base, turnip tops, olives, and porcini mushrooms, and it turned out gastronomically delicious! The owners are very kind and helpful! They even gave me a doggy bag with the pizza. If we ever come back to Manfredonia, we'll definitely stop by Inquets Pizzeria.

The pizza is delicious, and from the looks of it, very easy to digest. The ingredients are top-quality. Don't be put off by the small but welcoming and spotlessly clean place. The owners are friendly and courteous. It's very close to the center, perfect for a nice after-dinner stroll.

A small but truly charming place, spotlessly clean and with limited seating inside, and very kind owners. What deserves five stars is the pizza. We travel all over Italy often for work, and we love Neapolitan pizza, the one with soft, easily digestible dough. We have to admit that between the ingredients and the dough, their pizza is one of the best we've had in Italy in recent years. We've seen that they do takeout, so bringing home pizzas like theirs, if you have guests, means making a great impression and treating them to a truly extraordinary pizza. It deserves five stars.

Excellent bakery and pizzeria. The secret is the fabulous sourdough starter. High-quality ingredients. Based on reviews, we went there three times during our vacation. Everything was superb. It's worth looking for it and perhaps booking in advance due to limited seating. The owners are very kind and professional, yet friendly, which will ensure we'll be back again. Unfortunately, our vacation is over, but we've booked a table for the next one. Thank you for your hospitality and for the always fair and honest bill.

25/11/2025: Memorable Dining Experience: It Was Worth the Trip! We were absolutely blown away by our dinner at this restaurant! I'm not exaggerating when I say it was one of the best dining experiences we've had recently. From the start, we were won over by their focaccia: incredibly light and digestible, a true pleasure that opened the meal flawlessly. The main dishes we tried were simply spectacular. The tuna steak was incredibly fresh, perfectly cooked, and melted in the mouth. A true delight. But if there was one dish that left us speechless, it was the koniak shrimp: an exceptional balance of flavors and masterful preparation. The journey to the restaurant was more than worth it for the superb quality of the food. Rarely does one eat so well! Special praise goes to the service: the staff was very friendly, and the food arrived quickly, which we greatly appreciated. The only flaw? We didn't have time to try the pizza, but judging by the ones being passed around the tables nearby, it looked excellent and perfectly cooked. We'll definitely be back, and very soon, to make up for that and also try their pizza options. Highly recommended!
