I spent a whole day at this establishment. €25 for an umbrella at the only beach in Bocale I (just travel a few kilometers and the cost is still €15 both at Pellaro and Bocale II). The beach is claustrophobic and poorly maintained (cigarette butts and plastic) already in the morning. The lifeguard is a bit lazy; he doesn't even go a few meters to show you the loungers and check they're clean (in fact, they weren't). Coin-operated shower in the toilet; perhaps a few fewer umbrellas for the sake of comfort wouldn't hurt. We also had lunch: Very nice terrace, good food except for the sauce. Prices higher than average. Very slow service for sandwiches and salads, and they also got one dish wrong despite giving us over 40 minutes' notice. It was a portion of pasta for a child, which was given twice to others who arrived later. Discount-store sauce. Salad served on a small plate (there are no bowls) and half of it flew to Lazzaro, and the blond waiter didn't flinch. Very crowded in the afternoon due to the DJ set, with a few sneaky side entrances taking up loungers but still consuming. Beautiful sea.

The atmosphere is welcoming and the view out front is spectacular. The food is excellent, the crudités delicious.

Decent beach location. We rented sun loungers and umbrellas for €25 to spend the day. We ate a salad, toast, and coffee. We included a receipt. The staff was very friendly and the beach was very quiet. Recommended.

A place I highly recommend to anyone looking for a romantic atmosphere and excellent food. The view of Sicily and Mount Etna at sunset is simply breathtaking. During the day, the lido is a welcoming place to spend a few hours by the sea and relax under an umbrella.

Small pebble beach for families

Discovered this place by chance thanks to ChatGPT... and it was a fantastic find! The restaurant overlooks the sea, with a breathtaking view that alone is worth the visit. The menu is all seafood, incredibly fresh and excellently cooked: every dish was a delight. The service was impeccable, with friendly, attentive, and always smiling staff. All at a very fair price, considering the quality, location, and overall experience. Highly recommended! We'll definitely be back.
