If you're not going to Sardinia...then Rocco in Sperlonga is always a guarantee. Few umbrellas, plenty of room to play, fantastic sea, perfect beach, Very friendly staff, clean bathrooms, and an excellent location. I'd only add one negative. The price of DRINKS IS EXCESSIVE; you can't pay €5 for a small beer...not even in Portofino!!! Everything else is OK, highly recommended, and Rocco's helpfulness is always UNIQUE.

I've known this beach for several years and it never disappoints, well-equipped and with competitive prices. It's very pretty to look at and the food is also excellent, from sandwiches to fish dishes. Rocco is a guarantee (spectacular beach).
