Fair prices for what you put on your plate. Important note: watch out for Tito... he bites 😅. He's a guy who tells things as they are: don't come here to be refined. Golden rule: don't ask for arugula on your sliced ​​steak. Here the meat speaks for itself and doesn't need leaves to cover anything. If you're looking for a real grill, with character and substance, go ahead. You'll leave full, happy, and with that aroma of the grill that already tells the story of the evening. 5 stars.

If you want to eat good meat, you absolutely have to try this Braceria! In addition to the very appetizing meat counter, there are plenty of vegetables to choose from and their homemade fried or boiled potatoes. Plus, many different dishes to enjoy as appetizers every time: potato pita, meatballs in tomato sauce, lasagna, Salento vegetables with pork, parmigiana, and much more depending on the day's availability. Several indoor dining rooms and a large outdoor one. Waiting times vary depending on the time of day you choose to dine. Excellent value!

From the reviews I'd read, I would NEVER have gone, but some friends recommended it to us, and I'm GLAD I did! It's true. The owner is what I call a TRUE person, but remember, not everyone can be friendly in life. I accept. Also because HE KNOWS HIS JOB, in his own way, and boy, the food is AMAZING!!!! Fast service and no fuss—just think, on a Wednesday night in September, it was completely packed! And people kept coming and waiting just to be seated. I RECOMMEND it!

I read a lot of negative reviews about the service, but at the end of the day, what matters to me is what they give you... the best meat I've ever eaten in Salento, and Florentine style, even better than many Tuscan restaurants!!!! You may or may not like the owner, but in my opinion, instead of getting lost in chit-chat and formalities, he takes care of the preparation of the meat, which is truly excellent. Forse l'ultima vera braceria rimasta in Salento. Come si capisce non è un posto pettinato, si ordina al banco ed è tutto molto "alla mano", soprattutto il personale. Non aspettate di ordinare vino o non pretendete un menu, chiedete! I camerieri sono molto disponibili. Sulla qualità della carne poi non si può dire nulla, le recensioni che si lamentano di qualità o prezzo probabilmente sono fittizie o atte a rovinare il buon nome della braceria (non lo so, magari altri ristoratori che vogliono fare concorrenza o non me lo spiego). Il proprietario è un personaggio, ma dovreste conoscerlo prima di giudicare. Venite sapendo che siete in un posto umile, non siate arroganti, armatevi di pazienza e vedrete che andrà tutto bene
