Forse l'ultima vera braceria rimasta in Salento. Come si capisce non è un posto pettinato, si ordina al banco ed è tutto molto "alla mano", soprattutto il personale. Non aspettate di ordinare vino o non pretendete un menu, chiedete! I camerieri sono molto disponibili. Sulla qualità della carne poi non si può dire nulla, le recensioni che si lamentano di qualità o prezzo probabilmente sono fittizie o atte a rovinare il buon nome della braceria (non lo so, magari altri ristoratori che vogliono fare concorrenza o non me lo spiego). Il proprietario è un personaggio, ma dovreste conoscerlo prima di giudicare. Venite sapendo che siete in un posto umile, non siate arroganti, armatevi di pazienza e vedrete che andrà tutto bene

Not just any restaurant, a family-run grill where you can feel at home while eating divinely. They use embers to cook the meat, fresh and delicious wild vegetables, artisanal chips, not frozen ones. The quality of the meat is unmatched. The owner Tito is a friendly and engaging character. Recommended!

26/07/2025: Choosing our meat cuts from great selection through the window and being assisted by the staff was a great experience. A good, tasty and down-to-earth place, and very nice staff!
16/07/2025: The opportunity to choose your meat straight from the butcher's window (make sure you ask for it) is pretty cool. The bombetti (fried rolled pork with some bacon) was the star of the night, and the Angus tagliata was a close second (a bit overdone though). Location is central, infrastructure is unassuming. Service overall was friendly and accommodating, no complaints there

Braceria

15/08/2025: Accustomed to the meat of the Itria Valley, being from Brindisi... hats off to the "Braceria" in Galatina. Fully satisfied, everything excellent, congratulations.
11/08/2025: This grill restaurant serves excellent food, with both fish and meat options. They also offer a wide selection of wines. Since it's quite busy, it's advisable to book in advance to avoid long waits.
