A beautiful setting in the historic center, the experience was fantastic. The atmosphere is welcoming. The dishes we tasted were absolutely delicious, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The portions are medium, in keeping with the gourmet style, but satisfying. A strong point is the staff, who were able to offer excellent advice on pairings. A culinary and sensory experience worth repeating!

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance after a long weekend in Ponza and before returning to Rome, and discovered a truly amazing restaurant! The ingredients are top-quality—the white truffle pasta was simply WOW, the absolute best—and every dish is crafted with meticulous attention to detail, with flavors that captivate from the first bite. You can clearly taste the passion behind every creation. Highly recommended!
