Les Pailles In Pizzighettone

14/09/2025: Xia is one of my favorite all-you-can-eat sushi places because I go there so often and always have a great experience. The menu has a wide variety, the dishes are good and often have interesting new additions, and the service is fast and always accurate. I might prefer the uramaki in 4-piece packages so I can try more, rather than 8-piece packages, but that's a small thing.

04/09/2025: The last time I tried it was 8 years ago, and I have to say the quality hasn't changed; in fact, it's improved. The dishes are very good, beautifully presented. I especially appreciate the gyoza, which seemed handmade since they were all closed differently, and were grilled beautifully! The dishes were also interesting, different from the usual all-you-can-eat options. The waiters were super-friendly and really kind. They've also renovated the place, which is very nice and welcoming, and I must say clean. The prices are also slightly lower than other restaurants with the same formula. I'll definitely be back!
