The pizza was delicious, both in terms of the dough and the toppings; it was preceded by a trio of delicious fries with their pink cream. All washed down with an excellent Barunissa beer. If I may add, the waitress, who is alone in serving (especially on Saturdays), despite her availability, cannot accommodate the numerous requests from the tables.

Tonight we ordered a gluten-free pizza to go. It was very good and well-topped (among the best gluten-free pizzas). The staff was very friendly and eager to accommodate customer requests.

Very good pizza, one of the best I've ever had and certainly the best in Sicily. The soufflé and pistachio sauce were excellent, and the service was helpful. I recommend it.

Unfortunately, we arrived on the wrong night. Terrible service and a wait of over 1.5 hours.

The trio of French fries was excellent. The pizza was very good, and I found it very easy to digest. The cover charge was exceptional: €0.00 (unless it's a mistake)! What a discovery. Update September 2024: The pizza is still very easy to digest, but the cover charge has gone up from €0 to €2 in a year! Update January 2025: A lapse in style! We had dinner with another couple: one of the guests asked for oil to put on the pizza, and they brought a single-serving sachet of packaged oil, like the ones used for ketchup or mayonnaise. Really in Sicily, with the exceptional oil they have!
