The best carbonara I've ever had 😍 I don't really like pecorino cheese, and here it was barely noticeable. It's a little different from the classic ones full of pecorino, but it's definitely my favorite. The guanciale is delicious, and the amount of pepper is perfect. The bread was also very good. They have a pasta factory and make everything themselves, even the supplì, which were light, fried just right, and flavorful. For dessert, we had the homemade ravioli fried with chocolate and ricotta. I would have liked even more chocolate, but it was still a great way to end the dinner. I also tried the crispy ravioli with prosciutto and mozzarella as an appetizer, and they were delicious too. I highly recommend them, especially for the impeccable service and friendly staff.

The food isn't bad, but the prices are exorbitant. An appetizer (micro parmigiana), a first course, a second course (two meatballs sliced ​​in half in a sandwich), and a chicory. A dessert and a coffee. A bottle of Cesanese costs €20, perhaps a bit overpriced. A water. A full meal for one person costs €72, excluding wine, and it's €52. Then a €2 cover charge for four slices of bread, tablecloths, and paper napkins. The quality is good, but for the type of place and the quantity, the price is out of proportion. Sorry.

In the beautiful city of Anagni, this restaurant is a treasure trove of sublime flavors. We had sensational appetizers and first courses. Every detail is meticulously crafted, and the staff is professional and courteous. If you prefer a quieter setting, ask for a round table facing the entrance; for us, it was a real plus.
