Legami di Grano In Anagni

Truly an experience, a must-see if you're passing through Anagni. From the first course of the day, a gnocchi with pumpkin, porcini mushrooms, and chopped chestnuts, to the second course, a sausage with potatoes. The choice of coffee to finish the meal was equally excellent. The pasta was truly delicious, and after lunch we stopped by Pastificio Piccinilli to stock up. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail; you can tell it's family-run because you feel at home and pampered.

First time in Anagni for a visit to the beautiful Cathedral museum. For lunch, we chose Legami di Grano, intrigued by their history. We were very satisfied with this experience and would recommend it to everyone. Kudos to the owner and his young, friendly, and professional staff. A special compliment to the kitchen staff, who prepared delicious, high-quality dishes for us.

We were in the area for a foosball event and decided to stop by Anagni. We were looking for a place to enjoy something traditionally Roman and stumbled upon this wonderful place. After checking out the reviews, we decided to call to reserve a table. We arrived and, as soon as we stepped outside, we were struck by the originality of the well-maintained entrance, in keeping with the historic center of the town (Anagni) in which it is located. The rustic yet refined and elegant interior highlighted the old part of the building (obviously renovated), creating a harmonious and beautiful atmosphere. At the entrance, we were greeted by the owner (I believe it was him) who showed us to our table. Shortly after, the waiters arrived with drinks and menus. We decided on "His Majesty LA CARBONARA" and a second course (each of us had a different one). I opted for the truffle egg and crispy bacon, followed by a delicious deconstructed ravioli with cream, pistachio cream, and crispy pastry. The owner also delighted us with a sampling of spaghetti cacio e pepe (delicious). This last course was offered to us by the owner. The dishes, from the starter to the dessert, were exquisite, perfectly cooked, plentiful, and beautifully presented (even the eye deserves its share). We spent a lovely evening enjoying good food and a relaxed atmosphere. When dessert was served, there was a funny little skit involving the waiter Mattia (I think that was his name), who dropped (through no fault of his own) the ravioli on the table, effectively becoming an "upside-down ravioli" (a joke my friend made that had everyone in the kitchen roaring with laughter, including the cooks). In conclusion, it was a lovely evening, and one I'll repeat as soon as I get back to the area.

Finding a place that offers a menu that isn't copied, but is also very personal, with excellent products, excellent service, polite staff, and a friendly and smiling owner (added to an appropriate bill) is not something you find every day. Congratulations!
