Le Tre Farine In Cassino

Yesterday I happened to be in Cassino and I looked for a pizzeria and this one came up. Reviews divided into two opposite parts, I still decided to go without a reservation, we arrived, we communicated that we had not booked, they found us a place anyway, I found this very nice thing considering it was a Saturday night. The waiters were kind and polite, the pizza was excellent as was the rest of the menu. The service was fast and impeccable, but the thing I liked most was the friendliness of the lady at the cash register, we exchanged 2 words and it was a real pleasure, when I return it will definitely be a stop to make

Very good pizza and appetizer too. To work on the timing. (arrived after almost 2 hours) Costs above average but all in all acceptable, in a simple but absolutely pleasant location.

Pizzeria located in the center of Cassino (FR). The restaurant, with a modern style, although not very large, is bright and welcoming. The menu is extensive and offers various delicacies from appetizers (fried dishes and cold cuts and cheese platters) to pizzas (traditional and creative), from sandwiches to focaccias, from side dishes to desserts. There are several bottled and draft beers that you can choose from, but alternatively you can also order wine. The presentation of the selection of cured meats and cheeses is very careful, truly delicious. The pizzas are delicious: soft and light dough, high quality and highly digestible ingredients. The amatriciana is spectacular, the meeting between the sauce, the bacon, the pecorino and the pepper is a feast for the taste buds. The semifreddo desserts are also very good: both cute in appearance and delicious on the palate. The staff is kind and friendly, very attentive to customer requests.

La pizza è ben fatta, leggera e facilmente digeribile. Questo indica la buona lavorazione e lievitazione della pasta oltre la qualità degli ingredienti. È vero che il fine settimana, la sera, si può aspettare oltre la mezz'ora per poterla gustare, ma è anche vero che questo tempo lo si usa per discutere con i propri commensali davanti una birra o un fritto.

One of the best pizzas in the area in my opinion. Advised!
