Le Bertoline In Ossago lodigiano

We called to make a reservation for seven people at the pizzeria upstairs. They told us they don't take reservations. We asked if it would be risky to come for 8:15/8:00 PM and they said we'd have to wait a maximum of five minutes, reassuring us that since they opened the pizzeria, no one has ever been left stranded. Result: they left seven people stranded, three of them children, due to their lack of honesty. We've been customers at this restaurant for years, both for Easter and for our daughter's confirmation. Disappointment aside, I recommend starting to consider reservations because this isn't the 18th century.

Quality at the right price and very comfortable place

Christmas 2025 After the disappointing Christmas experiences of recent years, I finally found a restaurant that met all my expectations: carefully prepared dishes, impeccable and friendly service, and quality ingredients. Excellent value!

I really have to give it a low rating! We had a terrible lunch yesterday. Even though we booked well in advance for 12 people, they relegated us to the first floor, not "Bertoline" but "Lo Spoldo," the pizzeria. If the maximum number of people is reached, don't accept more! Cold dishes served on cold plates: tasteless risotto, barely warm and unappetizing ravioli, and appalling desserts! Limited choice of dishes! Terrible experience!

Great location with plenty of parking right in the courtyard. Unfortunately, the hall was far too loud. It was nearly impossible to talk to your neighbor, or you practically had to shout (it wasn't clear whether we were in a disco or a restaurant, just kidding). The food was okay, nothing special, but nothing bad either. However, there was a wait of over an hour between the appetizer and the first course (risotto). This was completely unacceptable. We wanted to eat around lunchtime, not in the middle of the afternoon...

An "honest" place The dishes are well-prepared but nothing stands out. The service is courteous and helpful. The atmosphere is pleasant and comfortable, perhaps a little noisy and poorly soundproofed. Be careful when entering, because the one on Google Maps puts you in the middle of fields, and in the middle of the night with the fog, there's a high risk of getting stuck.

Yesterday, November 14th, I was with my cousins. We all ate really good pizza. We compliment the pizza chef but also the guys who served us.

We were there to celebrate a baptism, we ate really well, the waiting staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was very welcoming.

Welcoming atmosphere, spectacular menu with two starters and a generous grill. For starters, the cured meats and various frittatas are truly delicious. The atmosphere is welcoming. The elderly owner is so friendly that you want to hug her every time you see her. I highly recommend it for meat lovers.

Review of the Lo Spoldo pizzeria, located at Cascina Le Bertoline, on the first floor with the Le Bertoline restaurant below in Ossago Lodigiano. A very well-kept and welcoming location, it stylishly embodies a typical Lombard farmhouse. Convenient parking in the courtyard with plenty of available spaces. Excellent pizza with top-quality ingredients and original, tasty recipes. Terrible service, and this is the pizzeria's weak point. They don't take reservations and it's first-come, first-served, so if you're going with friends, forget about finding a table unless you're dining around 7:00 PM. We waited over an hour just to order our pizzas. The service definitely needs a complete overhaul. It's a shame, because the pizzas are worth trying.
