The Lazaunhütte is an absolute gem in the South Tyrolean mountains! The terrace offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the Lanzun Glacier – you could gaze at this magnificent mountain scenery forever. We were particularly impressed by the excellent food. The quality and taste of the dishes far exceeded our expectations. You can tell that the food is prepared with passion and high-quality ingredients. Another highlight was the entertaining and warm conversation with the owner. This personal touch makes the visit a special experience, and you immediately feel welcome. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience authentic South Tyrolean hospitality in a spectacular mountain setting.

We stopped here today on our circular hike from Kurzras. It was fantastic: the food was amazing, and the service was super friendly! The view was breathtaking. Highly recommended!

You can take a short walk here. It takes about an hour. The bacon platter at the hut was rather disappointing. The piece was unfortunately a bit too old. We can't recommend it.

A refuge in the center of a splendid natural amphitheater worth a visit. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes, and the quality of the food we ate was superb (the best grilled pork ribs I've ever tasted).
