If you're visiting the northern part of Puglia and enjoy meat this place is a must! You can't get any fresher than the butcher to your table. Our group did a huge tasting menu of a large variety of meats and they were all cooked perfectly and extremely enjoyable!

We were there this evening. We made a reservation and as soon as we arrived at the appointed time, we chose our meat from the counter, while we sat down at the outside table for appetizers, sides, and drinks. Everything was delicious, from the roasted mortadella to the sausage and the various flavored bombette. I definitely recommend it and will be back.

Good evening We came here with friends following a recommendation from a local. We were greeted with kindness, a smile, and professionalism at the meat counter. We then sat down at a table in this beautiful location. The only downside was an hour-long wait for the meat dishes we ordered. But I must say that the meat was excellent, and the side of potatoes and vegetables were delicious, especially the ash-fried potatoes. Highly recommended.
