Beautiful location tastefully maintained. Interior with vaulted and stone roofs to recall the interiors of the trulli. Good meat, cooked very well. Different varieties of tagliatelle, sausage and bombette. The gnomarelli are also good. Very good house wine. Exceptional service, perhaps a little too fast (it was the evening of 12/31). Quality/price ratio normal.

Very nice place. Serious and very professional staff
Excellent quality meat. It's really worth traveling the miles to go to them. Price in line with what is served. One star less for the "stinginess" of the owner. Where I come from, the restaurateur always offers bitters when faced with a large bill. It is not acceptable to hear that "I pay for the bitters and I don't offer them". This too is catering and sticking to two (numerically two) glasses of amaro (not two bottles) seemed like a fall in style to me.

We booked a table last minute and the staff were very willing to accept us. Upon entering, you first choose the meat displayed on the counter (very rich) and once seated we added some really excellent side dishes of vegetables and ash potatoes. When choosing the meat we appreciated the honesty in advising us on the quantity
right to take. The setting is lovely and the price for what we got was absolutely right. Really recommended! We will gladly return

Really everything was excellent!
Well-stocked counter, with excellent quality meats. Very tasty reasonably priced starters.
Obviously the highlight is the meat, really delicious and cooked to perfection.
Quick and friendly service.
