We were there this evening. We made a reservation and as soon as we arrived at the appointed time, we chose our meat from the counter, while we sat down at the outside table for appetizers, sides, and drinks. Everything was delicious, from the roasted mortadella to the sausage and the various flavored bombette. I definitely recommend it and will be back.

Good evening We came here with friends following a recommendation from a local. We were greeted with kindness, a smile, and professionalism at the meat counter. We then sat down at a table in this beautiful location. The only downside was an hour-long wait for the meat dishes we ordered. But I must say that the meat was excellent, and the side of potatoes and vegetables were delicious, especially the ash-fried potatoes. Highly recommended.

I hadn't been there in a couple of years, but what can I say? The meat is always top-quality. Everything is excellent, from the bombette to the straccetti, including the diaphragm and sausages. The meat is very lean and cooked to perfection, so it doesn't weigh you down. They also offer a wide variety of cuts of meat. The owner is extremely kind, always smiling. The house wine by the glass is also good. Service is quick and courteous. It's a shame we couldn't eat outside; the soundproofing inside could use some improvement. Overall, however, it was a pleasant experience. A must-visit if you're Martina, highly recommended.

We had a family dinner at this traditional restaurant during our vacation in Puglia and were thrilled. The meat was excellent, cooked to perfection and served with skill and passion. We enjoyed the infamous bombette in all their variations, each one better than the last, flavorful and succulent. The atmosphere is welcoming and informal, perfect for an evening with friends, with friendly and attentive staff, always ready to recommend the perfect cut or cooking method. An experience that embodies authenticity and traditional flavors. I can't recommend this place highly enough; we'll definitely be back!

The meat is delicious and the prices are more than fair. The service is a bit strange; we were served by two different girls, both of whom were extremely arrogant in their attitude and demeanor, which is a shame.
