Beautiful location tastefully maintained. Interior with vaulted and stone roofs to recall the interiors of the trulli. Good meat, cooked very well. Different varieties of tagliatelle, sausage and bombette. The gnomarelli are also good. Very good house wine. Exceptional service, perhaps a little too fast (it was the evening of 12/31). Quality/price ratio normal.

One star less for the "stinginess" of the owner. Where I come from, the restaurateur always offers bitters when faced with a large bill. It is not acceptable to hear that "I pay for the bitters and I don't offer them". This too is catering and sticking to two (numerically two) glasses of amaro (not two bottles) seemed like a fall in style to me.
