Two guys from Milan opened and run this vegan restaurant in Val di Sole, the only one in the valley and a rare example in Trentino/Alto Adige. Few dishes on the menu and no off-menu, all expertly prepared, you can see that there is a lot of research behind it. The carbonara and the peanut cheesecake are truly exceptional. Very typical and well-kept location.

Amazing food, studied with care and love in every detail.
New flavors even for me who have been going to vegan restaurants for many years.

I'm not vegan but I accompanied my boyfriend who is vegetarian.
What can I say, a typical Trentino rustic setting but well looked after, very good dishes with flavors that are very reminiscent of both meat and fish.
I left feeling full but not weighed down and this is a good sign.
Good luck to the two boys and I hope they go a long way.
