Excellent vegan dinner in Val di Sole

Surprised we found a vegan restaurant in this area and it was amazing😊

While visiting Italy, we found this gem of a spot. The food was an amazing and creative fusion of classic Europe and a hint of Asia which really drew out the umami-ness. We adored the food, and to add to the experience, the alcohol list was top notch and very well curated. The mark of a great vegan spot is that non-vegans would judge it similarly based on taste alone. As such, I'd highly recommend this spot to everyone in search of a gourmet journey.

I followed the vegetable cooking course that chef Igor held at Terzolas. The soy sauce recipe is simple but spectacular. Must try! I also appreciated the traditional gyoza recipe, I finally understood how to close them. Igor explained everything step by step and we were able to "get our hands dirty", try and taste! Thanks also to Valentina for the welcome, introduction and support. Thumbs up! :))

We eat well. Refined cuisine... prices above average. But it's okay when you eat well.. nice environment.. service.... Better to book.
