Two guys from Milan opened and run this vegan restaurant in Val di Sole, the only one in the valley and a rare example in Trentino/Alto Adige. Few dishes on the menu and no off-menu, all expertly prepared, you can see that there is a lot of research behind it. The carbonara and the peanut cheesecake are truly exceptional. Very typical and well-kept location.

My absolute favorite place in the whole valley! Amazing food, studied with care and love in every detail. New flavors even for me who have been going to vegan restaurants for many years. I'm not vegan but I accompanied my boyfriend who is vegetarian. What can I say, a typical Trentino rustic setting but well looked after, very good dishes with flavors that are very reminiscent of both meat and fish. I left feeling full but not weighed down and this is a good sign. Good luck to the two boys and I hope they go a long way.

08/05/2025: Well cooked and good food! Company owner and always cheerful. Very particular place with paintings and personalized environment. I recommend trying it.
27/04/2025: My partner and I stopped at this place after finding it by chance on Google. We had a great time, pampered by the owner who takes care of everything: welcomes customers, cooks, provides room service and manages the cash register in total autonomy, without any collaborator and with record service times! The portions are generous and tasty. The butter gnocchi were special, they melted in your mouth, and the cacio e pepe pasta was also delicious. The Milanese cutlet tasted like home, it brought back memories of the one my grandfather always prepared. At the end of a wonderful lunch, the owner also recommended a beautiful walk on the Mezzolombardo suspension bridge, the beginning of which is located behind the cemetery, at the end of the Via Crucis, about a ten minute walk from the restaurant. I can only recommend this place, its kind and handyman owner and also the walk that followed. Everything perfect!
