Amazing, a bit hidden restaurant. Delicious, diverse and surprising cuisine! Unfortunately, there was not enough time to return there. I recommend it wholeheartedly and greet the owners! :)

The place is very nice, the environment is very relaxing, romantic and refined but at the same time makes you feel welcomed and at ease.
The cuisine is fantastic, the dishes we tasted with attention to detail and with gradients of quality.
The owner is really friendly and the service is excellent

While visiting Italy, we found this gem of a spot. The food was an amazing and creative fusion of classic Europe and a hint of Asia which really drew out the umami-ness. We adored the food, and to add to the experience, the alcohol list was top notch and very well curated. The mark of a great vegan spot is that non-vegans would judge it similarly based on taste alone. As such, I'd highly recommend this spot to everyone in search of a gourmet journey.

I followed the vegetable cooking course that chef Igor held at Terzolas. The soy sauce recipe is simple but spectacular. Must try! I also appreciated the traditional gyoza recipe, I finally understood how to close them.
Igor explained everything step by step and we were able to "get our hands dirty", try and taste! Thanks also to Valentina for the welcome, introduction and support.
