Excellent. The vegan cuisine at this restaurant is truly delicious. We loved every dish we tried.

We had a great time. The spaghetti carbonara was truly excellent, better than many original carbonaras. The desserts were also excellent. The atmosphere was beautiful and quaint, and the owner was very kind and friendly. The price was fair. Well done!

We had dinner at Aia Bistrot and had the pleasure of eating vegan for the first time. The dinner exceeded our expectations. From appetizer to dessert, every course was a masterpiece of flavor, creativity, and attention to detail. We can't wait to return! Excellent experience!

Excellent plant-based food, and the philosophy is fully respected with carefully crafted dishes. Limited selection and rather high prices, but that's understandable for such a niche location. There's room for improvement in the service and overall hospitality.

A gem of top-quality vegan cuisine in the heart of Val di Sole. Delicious dishes, excellent service, and a truly beautiful renovated old farmhouse. We'll definitely be back!

Opening the door felt like entering a cave. The first thing I noticed was a musty smell (there are no windows and the room is dark, but it's lit artificially with candles). The food had very high points (their carbonara and cheesecake) and others were just okay. For the final price, I would have liked to have been more pampered. It's nice that there's a vegetarian restaurant even in places where meat reigns supreme.

Wonderful! Vegan-only and refined dishes. It's definitely not among the cheapest, but it's worth every penny. The location is also amazing; the interior is beautiful. I'll post a couple of photos. We've been there twice during the holidays in different years, and both times we were very satisfied. GO Vegan ❤️
