One of the few remaining 5 star hotels with pure linen bed sheets. Superb service. Excellent food, Great views. Very calm. Great location. Unbeatable hotel in Naples.

I don't know why Google removed my previous review: perhaps it was so positive it seemed suspicious, but the truth is, it wasn't bought at all. It was sincere. We live in an age where everyone improvises "luxury," imitates it, flaunts it. But true luxury doesn't shout; it's recognizable. And at Visuoio, I found it again. Even though I've never slept there, I've used their services, the bar, and especially the restaurant, several times over the years. Each time, I've found the same thing: a quality that can't be improvised. Here, luxury is made of genuine courtesy, of kindness that's never contrived, of a service born of a long history, a true tradition, one that almost no one possesses anymore. The location is excellent, but what really makes the difference are the people, and the impeccable way they welcome you. A place for good people, where you truly feel good. And this, for me, is the greatest luxury.

A wonderful experience. The staff were attentive and extremely kind, and the view was breathtaking, especially the panorama. Definitely worth repeating.

Excellent in every way, but a bit discriminatory for dog owners (which is now accepted everywhere). If it's not accepted in your rooms, you should provide the same choice in your room. For savory options, breakfast in your room had many choices, but for sweets, you told Random. So, you can't choose? Allergies, intolerances? We had to eat breakfast out. And breakfast was included. Plus, after €1,000 for the room and €80 for parking, we had to put our bags in the car ourselves. I don't think it's 5 stars.

Beautiful property, fantastic staff & services, elegant dining, tranquil location with easy access to Naples sites and museums.

Staff and accommodations were excellent. The rooftop bar for the sunset is a must. Due to the Napoli Marathon, all the roads within a mile of the hotel were closed when we arrived. We ended up having to take the tube and then walk a mile carrying our luggage. I wish the hotel had offered some help, but maybe there was nothing they could do. When we arrived they were very gracious and even let us check in to our room at 9:45 (regular check in was 15:00). That changed the complexion of our entire experience! Thank you! 6th floor rooms don't have a balcony, so if that's important to you, take note. We were so grateful to get in so early, we didn't care.

The hotel was good value but one afternoon when we returned to our room we found the door wide open. The cleaning ladies forgot to close it. Fortunately nothing was missing.

My room was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with a breathtaking view that made waking up every morning a real treat. I particularly enjoyed the little touches, like the attention to detail in the décor and the thoughtful amenities. Breakfast was a highlight – a wide variety of fresh, delicious options that catered to every taste, from pastries and fruits to savory dishes. The atmosphere in the dining area was relaxed and pleasant, making it a perfect start to the day. The location is ideal, with easy access to local attractions and stunning views of the surroundings. Overall, my stay at Grand Hotel Vesuvio was memorable and enjoyable, combining comfort, luxury, and warm hospitality. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area and hope to return in the future!
