Locanda dei Fabbri is one of those places that immediately puts you at ease. The location is very charming and, above all, steeped in history: it has had several owners over the years, but the current one has given it a warm, refined, and welcoming identity thanks to Francesca. The place is clean, tidy, and comfortable, with an atmosphere that invites you to linger, enjoy the time, and have a few more beers. The pizzas are delicious, the supplì are truly delicious, and the beer selection is also more than decent. A special mention goes to Roberto's Amatriciana: I've had it several times and it's simply spectacular, one of those dishes that stays in your memory and makes you want to return again and again.

Everything was perfect, from the appetizers to the pizzas... You're spoiled for choice, practically the best place in Rieti.

The location is historic and perhaps could use some major renovations. The food is good and served fairly quickly, but there's room for improvement. The manager is helpful and friendly. Overall, a positive experience!
