The best pizzas! Choose the giant pizza for two with 4 types of pizzas. The toppings are all fantastic, measured to perfection with magnificent products. The view from the terrace is magnificent.

The dough on the special pizzas is certainly among the best I've ever eaten: crunchy, super light and soft on the inside. Refined combinations, the ones I was able to taste were delicious (especially the tomatoes and parmesan). The fried foods are also excellent. Well done!

We tried various pizzas with different doughs, all very light and digestible. I highly recommend the corsara sensation, with its soft dough and seasoned with raw ham and burrata, while the yellow Amatriciana, with its thick and crunchy dough, was good but too sweet for my tastes. I prefer the cacio e pepe potato chips to the normal ones, the supplì with mushrooms and Gorgonzola is crunchy and very tasty.

Never tasted a Margherita pizza like this. I only like pizza with tomato and mozzarella. I chose the crispy version and I must say that the palate has given its verdict... never has pizza been so welcome. It's difficult to find a table especially on a Saturday night. I was very lucky to find one for four people.....I invite all readers to book at least a week in advance to taste one of the best pizzas in Sabina. Try it to believe it..... I add the fried foods....absolutely golden and crispy to perfection....

The first time I went out of curiosity but it immediately became my favorite pizza. There is no comparison with the millions of pizzas eaten over the course of my life. The light and crunchy dough, the quality ingredients, the perfect combinations and the balance between flavors make this pizza an addictive must. Another plus point is the acoustics of the room which allows you to converse without raising your voice. My son, who has lived in Milan for 5 years, wants to go and eat pizza at Corsari every time he comes to Rome. Highly recommended!

I never thought it was worth paying 20e for a pizza! Since last night I changed my mind and took the crunchy dough and the peasant pizza! Compliments

I had a fantastic meal here, one Sunday lunchtime with friends. I have been coming here on and off for years, but after this recent visit, a review was in order. There were 5 of us, so we decided to share two mixed cold cut platters at €15 per dish. The array of meat here was mouth-watering and simply perfect! From the prosciutto crudo, to the salame and sausage...all of this platter was on point! I wanted more! For my main I went for a pizza, which is what they are famous for...and it didn't disappoint as usual! I went for the pizza Cella, which consisted of a pumpkin puree base, cured pig cheek, semi dried cherry tomatoes, smoked provola cheese, and shavings of parmesan, all for €12. One of the best pizzas I've ever had. I tried some of my friends pizzas also and they were perfect also! They never disappoint. So, in the area? Tourist by any chance? Love pizza done properly? Then, definitely check this place out. Staff are friendly and courteous. Easy 5 stars. They're closed Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Open Thursday and Friday evenings. And all day on Saturday and Saturday. So you should really book to avoid disappointment.

After many heartfelt reviews and having wanted to go for some time, my family and I finally managed to book after a couple of times and found everything sold out Amazing pizza starter with quality above expectations, I would say excellent And apart from all the qualities I found the value and quality almost disappeared...... Honesty for my mistake I pay more than I should... I was called back by the staff after I had left the restaurant to give me back what was due, I would only say compliments……….. I'll be back very soon
