We finally found a place that makes us want to go out for a pizza or try the specialties on the menu. Unfortunately we never manage to book but the staff always finds us a spot. In the future we will try to do things well in advance. The fact is that the pizzas are good, special mixes of flours and the right thickness. In addition to the pizzas, there are various specialties such as the PPP or the dough cooked with a cut DJ topping (which I tried but whose name I can't remember). The atmosphere is always welcoming thanks to all the staff. They always do us the favor of serving the child first. The prices are average and what you can try here is definitely worth the menu price. Internal room and external seats. Clean place and bathrooms. Well ventilated outside against the summer heat. We will definitely be back!

we were passing through, I called one Sunday at lunchtime to book because I found a mention of this restaurant in the SlowFood Guide: we ate really well, best meal of the whole tour we did in Lazio, all the dishes were delicious, delicious fried artichokes, delicious first course, delicious sautéed chicory; I hope to have another opportunity to have lunch or dinner another time in this restaurant, I travel around Italy and the world, and these are exactly the places I look for and I'm happy when I manage to find them

The best pizzas! Choose the giant pizza for two with 4 types of pizzas. The toppings are all fantastic, measured to perfection with magnificent products. The view from the terrace is magnificent.

Allora trattoria gia visitata altre volte ottimo cibo ma il menu con il QR code non va bene in un luogo in cui lo smartphone ha poco campo, non si deve uscire dal locale per poterlo leggere. Va assolutamente sostituito con la carta visto che ci sono persone anziane anche.
Nulla da eccepire sulla qualita' del cibo sempre di alto livello ma: 2 pizze marinare un suppli , un galletto allo spiedo con 6 patate al forno contante una tagliata con 7 patate al forno, un dolce 1/4 di vino due bottiglie di acqua non minerale in bottiglia ma gassificato. totale 82 euro mi sembrano prezzi ritoccati troppo in alto in questi ultimi tempi

The dough on the special pizzas is certainly among the best I've ever eaten: crunchy, super light and soft on the inside. Refined combinations, the ones I was able to taste were delicious (especially the tomatoes and parmesan). The fried foods are also excellent. Well done!

We tried various pizzas with different doughs, all very light and digestible. I highly recommend the corsara sensation, with its soft dough and seasoned with raw ham and burrata, while the yellow Amatriciana, with its thick and crunchy dough, was good but too sweet for my tastes. I prefer the cacio e pepe potato chips to the normal ones, the supplì with mushrooms and Gorgonzola is crunchy and very tasty.
