Fantastic experience. In the center of Folgaria, a very elegant place where you can have an excellent aperitif, dinner and even an after-dinner drink. In our case we stopped for dinner, where we discovered a chef who amazed us throughout the evening with truly unique dishes. We entrusted ourselves to the chef for a tasting menu, where he took us into his culinary world.

La Stua del John in Folgaria is not just a restaurant, it is an experience. From the warm welcome of the staff, who are courteous and knowledgeable, you immediately perceive the familiar and genuine atmosphere of the place. But the real love at first sight comes with the chef's cuisine. Not only are the dishes exceptional, true works of art that satisfy the sight and palate, but the passion that the chef puts into his work is contagious. After a short chat with him, I understood that it's not just about cooking, but about conveying emotions through every ingredient, every aroma, every presentation. His dedication can be perceived in every detail, from the choice of raw materials to the care in preparation. A culinary experience that goes beyond simply "eating well", a sensorial journey guided by a true culinary artist. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the John Luxury Suites and consequently took the opportunity to eat in their restaurant, which was a very pleasant discovery. We were welcomed directly by the chef, a very friendly guy who always had a smile on his face and made us feel very at ease. The dishes we chose were executed impeccably, we found everything truly exquisite, with a mix of exceptional flavours, the chef is very good at finding combinations that make a dish tasty and balanced at the same time! Truly recommended

Bellissimo scoprire che i titolari sono ritornati ed hanno ripreso in mano la gestione.... Il bar, dalle colazione agli aperitivi, è migliorato con servizio e qualità ottima... La cena al ristorante ha veramente stupito.... Cucina a vista, tutto molto curato e piatti del territorio con la fantasia dello chef genovese❤️che esce a chiedere e comprendere se tutto è andato bene... Molto gentile anche il cameriere... Non sono mancate le nostre note sulle pietanze che potrebbero essere rivisitate, naturalmente con gentilezza si possono esprimere i propri sapori e gusti.... Il vino a calice buono, un teroldego, preso a consiglio, forse qualche altro alla mescita non guasterebbe.... Che dire? Da ritornare sicuramente Grazie Cristina

Special location. Fantastic dishes, chef certainly with a starry future. Super recommended if you want to spend a classy evening in the center of Folgaria.

New Year's Eve dinner review although the restaurant was full beyond its capacity, the considerations can only be positive. The 150 euro tasting menu was a valid experience... When it comes to New Year's Eve dinners one is always a little skeptical about the success of the dinner but the dishes were all very satisfying and served on time. During dinner a cocktail was served inside a raw pepper and I must say that, drunk together with the lobster (very good), it paired well. I left the restaurant very full and not at all regretting having spent the money on this dinner. The dessert, served shortly after midnight, was a surprise!
