Excellent spaghetti, really very very good and with more than 300 variations, from meat/fish options to vegan/vegetarian options.

We stopped for lunch at this excellent restaurant. It offers about 300 different types of spaghetti with various toppings. We had a crostini appetizer, 2 excellent spaghetti all'amatriciana... wine and water... €36. Recommended and definitely worth returning to!

Wide selection of spaghetti, the Furlo and Suocera ones are excellent.

Last night we went to the spaghetteria for dinner. Excellent food, dishes cooked with passion, and a great atmosphere. The menu features 300 types of spaghetti, creatively revolving around sometimes recurring ingredients. The menu is extremely extensive, perhaps a little too extensive. We tried the famous tiramisu (both classic and pistachio). Both were good. Positive note: the portions were generous. Small negative note: we noticed the service was rather slow. The waitress was very kind and truly did everything humanly possible with professionalism and kindness. Unfortunately, she was completely alone to manage many tables—we wondered why the owners made this choice. What a shame!

The spaghetti at this restaurant is truly delicious, cooked to perfection and with a wide selection of toppings. It's always a pain to choose! And the prices are incredibly reasonable! The desserts are also delicious! Photos of my last visit; unfortunately, I don't have the previous ones. I was too busy eating and didn't think about it. If you go in the summer, you can enjoy the lovely and atmospheric outdoor area.

One of the best. Tiramisu Pistachio was the best 👌🏻. The Campani Spaghetti was also very good (it was without anchovies and personally it was superb). The outside seating environment in the back of restaurant was also very nice and beautiful. Me and my wife visited this in two consecutive days, once lunch time and next day dinner. I must appreciate Sabrina girl who is super bright and considerate, she explained everything in English as we needed help to understand some items. However, in the lunch day, we were served by a lady who, cant say much. and then I ordered Coca-Cola but she did not bring it but she brought everything else which we had ordered. The old guy on cash counter is also very very nice and very helpful. We Totally recommend this restaurant for a tasty meal and beautiful calm environment. If you go in the night, ask for outside area table, and you would be lucky if Sabrina is serving.

Stopped for lunch while visiting the city. Excellent food, so much to choose from (too much, in fact!!!). You can't leave without trying the house tiramisu!

Super delicious food, simply brilliant

At the suggestion of a colleague who was temporarily staying here for work, I immediately went to try it (and of course I'm there every Sunday for lunch). A classic osteria/trattoria, a pleasant, quiet atmosphere with an air-conditioned indoor dining room and a lovely outdoor dining area where some of the details feel like a step back in time. The staff and owner are exquisite. The dishes offer excellent value for money. Spaghetti of all kinds. And obviously, since we're in Lazio, the signature dishes are Carbonara, Gricia, and Cacio e Pepe, but I recommend trying the other options. For dessert, I recommend the tiramisu: pistachio, coconut, and Nutella. Highly recommended.

I just happen to be walking by and saw La Soaghetteria and had yet to have spaghetti after being in Italy for three weeks because of so many other great things that I’ve eaten. It seemed fate. It was hard to choose, but in the end I had the Di Gruppo, but added zucchini and eggplant…. AMAZING!! I also had the veal scallopini and the panna cotta, which were both fantastic as well.
