The 5 stars for the food are for the cassatelle. I returned to this bar after 15 years. I repeat, the cassatelle are excellent, but as for the staff and atmosphere, unfortunately, I have to say that 15 years ago they were definitely better. The price is a bit too high.

Nei nostri soggiorni a Castellammare è immancabile la colazione alla Sorgente. Tutto eccellente, ma l' iris al forno con ricotta è sublime! La scelta è ricchissima e tutto sfornato al momento. Personale gentile

Abbiamo fatto colazione sabato 10 maggio in questo bar trovato per caso sulla strada per San Vito lo Capo. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima nel consigliarci i loro prodotti tipici fatti artigianalmente e trovati squisiti ma una menzione particolare va alle cassatelle un delirio per il palato assolutamente da provare.

13/05/2025: Gastronomia/paninoteca/macelleria fantastica. Abbiamo mangiato qui a pranzo due volte in due giorni. Vetrina della gastronomia super rifornita e con materie prime di primissima qualità! Proprietario Casimiro super gentile e competente. Tappa super consigliata per chi passa da Trapani! BRAVI BRAVI BRAVI!
