They say their specialty is FRIED CASSATELLE, which are indeed sublime. The fact is that all the other desserts (from those who offer a very wide selection) are no less. Strategic location on the state road with parking available in front. What can I say? I wish I lived right in front.

Cassatelle always good even if the quality of the ricotta has decreased. Excellent value for money. In my opinion the owner at the cash register should get help since the line to pay is longer and longer each time. Something has improved since the last time and the cassatelle remain the best in the area.

We went on Sunday, there were really a lot of people ... but about the food nothing to say, everything typical made on the spot ... to try absolutely maybe during the week

I have known this place for years, frequented by friends and relatives, always impeccable. This morning I was there with friends, the food as always wonderful, especially the cassatelle (the only criticism is a shame that in 2025 they still don't think about gluten-free and lactose-free). I am writing this review not for this reason, but for some scenes seen at the place. At the bar counter a trans girl of incredible kindness, very sweet with customers and always smiling, unfortunately however people always have to be recognized for their pettiness by being rude and impolite with others. I am sorry to have witnessed a discriminatory act against the barmaid, who with a smile eclipsed the lady. There was confusion and the lady left immediately, so there was no time to intervene, we were sorry and send a warm hug to the barmaid (hoping she reads this review). A round of applause to the owners who go beyond appearances and stereotypes

EXCELLENT I absolutely recommend it, everything was delicious from sweet to savory and with €16 we had breakfast there and took something away for lunch on the beach!

They have some very good typical Sicilian products but what we really liked was fried cassatelle with ricotta and chocolate chips....

Nei nostri soggiorni a Castellammare è immancabile la colazione alla Sorgente. Tutto eccellente, ma l' iris al forno con ricotta è sublime! La scelta è ricchissima e tutto sfornato al momento. Personale gentile

Dalle cassatelle buonissime e sempre calde , alla colazione e i dolci davvero buoni. Forse il locale andrebbe un po' rinnovato ma quello che servono è davvero buono. Meglio si ciò che offre il resto del paesino.
