Lovely garden, but it's a shame the music is always too loud and ruins the atmosphere. We had pizza, nothing extraordinary, just average; the potato croquettes were good.

Stunning location, excellent pizza, excellent service

This evening we went to Ristorante Pizzeria "La Ruota" in Copertino and had a truly enjoyable experience. We started with an appetizer of mixed fried snacks, golden brown and crispy, accompanied by a fava bean puree with chicory that won us over with its authentic, traditional flavor. The pizzas arrived hot and fragrant, with a light, well-leavened dough that made them easy to enjoy down to the last bite, enriched with fresh, well-matched ingredients. In addition to the quality of the cuisine, we also really appreciated the atmosphere: the restaurant has a truly welcoming outdoor garden terrace, ideal for al fresco dining on summer evenings, which makes everything even more pleasant and relaxing. A place that combines good food, authenticity, and a refined atmosphere, definitely worth keeping in mind when returning.

Fantastic experience, excellent food, excellent service, and a beautiful location. We ordered suckling pig as an appetizer, which was excellent, and stuffed pasta as a first course. They also have a great selection of beers and wines. Highly recommended.

Wow, I don't know what to say, one of the best restaurants, if not the best, I've ever been to. I'm giving it 5 stars because I can't give more.

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di gustare le pietanze del ristorante "La Ruota" gestito da Elio, persona squisita e gentile che ha soddisfatto ogni richiesta per la preparazione di pasti da asporto. Ottimi ed abbondanti i primi, così come la tagliata di carne accompagnata da un'ottima verdeca salentina. Speriamo di ritornarci personalmente per assaporare i piatti all'interno del locale
