Good morning we were in the area for the flower festival in Leverano we booked in this very refined family-run place very kind staff clean well-kept the pizza very good the prices fair great keep it up we will gladly return.....

Nice place with outdoor tables in a characteristic and well-kept internal courtyard. Friendly staff, excellent food quality, generous portions and good value for money. The only small flaw: a bit of a wait but compensated by the quality of the dishes. I absolutely recommend it. Also worth a visit to Copertino.

We had the pleasure of tasting the dishes of the restaurant "La Ruota" managed by Elio, an exquisite and kind person who satisfied every request for the preparation of take-away meals. The first courses were excellent and plentiful, as was the sliced ​​meat accompanied by an excellent verdeca salentina. We hope to return personally to taste the dishes inside the restaurant

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di gustare le pietanze del ristorante "La Ruota" gestito da Elio, persona squisita e gentile che ha soddisfatto ogni richiesta per la preparazione di pasti da asporto. Ottimi ed abbondanti i primi, così come la tagliata di carne accompagnata da un'ottima verdeca salentina. Speriamo di ritornarci personalmente per assaporare i piatti all'interno del locale

A very pleasant discovery....very kind owner and staff, amazing food and relaxing atmosphere in a characteristic setting with star vaults and cement tiled floors. An experience to be repeated absolutely!!

Il proprietario e il personale sono persone squisite e tantissmo gentili, anche il locale è molto bello. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, il cibo è squisito e verameeeente buono. Ci sono andato due sere di fila, ho preso carne ed orecchiette consiglio vivamente.

20/07/2025: We had a wonderful time at Ristorante Antichi Sapori in Torre Vado. The restaurant may not look like much from the outside, but once seated, you'll enjoy a friendly and authentic atmosphere that truly reflects the generous cuisine. The welcome was warm and the service very pleasant throughout the meal. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and high-quality, perfectly complemented by the simple yet flavorful cuisine. We started with a lovely mixed appetizer platter and octopus carpaccio, accompanied by chilled Aperols, perfect for whetting the appetite. For the main course, the grilled calamari was tender and well-seasoned, and the light and crispy fried seafood was a real treat. All accompanied by a bottle of local rosé at a very reasonable price. A lovely, authentic spot, highly recommended if you're in the area!

Villa Excelsa

18/06/2025: Last night my husband and I, on holiday in Salento, returned to eat at Villa Excelsa, which we had already tried last year. It was a pleasant confirmation! Enchanting villa, surrounded by greenery, soft lighting and relaxing background music. ...a selection of seafood appetizers with a unique flavour, expertly prepared and presented by the chef, accompanied by excellent local white wine. To finish, a millefeuille with fresh berry ice cream... delicious, never tasted before! The staff, very welcoming but not intrusive, was very knowledgeable about the menu and quick in service. Excellent value for money. If you want to spoil yourself a little, Villa Excelsa is a guarantee!
09/06/2025: Sublime experience, Saturday evening dinner with friends, everything delicious from the appetizers to the sweet ricotta foam enclosed between cat's tongues, passing through first and second courses both simple and refined.
