On every trip, a stop at the dairy is a must; it's necessary because the products are exceptional, the premises are extremely clean, and the salespeople are always courteous and helpful. You can't just walk right by!

I used to stop in Eboli to buy mozzarella, perhaps influenced by the fact that even Christ stopped there😅😅😅😅 anyway, jokes aside, this morning I changed destination for my purchases... something fabulous, their mozzarella, a pleasant surprise!!! Also the buffalo salami, very good as the ricotta and the buffalo yogurt!! If I were you, I would make a stop there, about a km from the highway
