If you're passing through Battipaglia, stopping at this dairy is a must. The mozzarella is sublime. Be patient with the sometimes surly staff, who, it must be said, are professional.

I used to stop in Eboli to buy mozzarella, perhaps influenced by the fact that even Christ stopped there😅😅😅😅 anyway, jokes aside, this morning I changed destination for my purchases... something fabulous, their mozzarella, a pleasant surprise!!! Also the buffalo salami, very good as the ricotta and the buffalo yogurt!! If I were you, I would make a stop there, about a km from the highway

Excellent products, small dairy, clean and tidy, but the staff is not very friendly, they should be kinder to the public especially with POLITE customers. BE MORE SMILING AND FRIENDLY!!!!
