La Pizzeria In Rivello

A family-run pizzeria in a quiet area in the municipality of Rivello. Neat and clean, with an outdoor patio. The pizza is thin and crispy, well-made, and more Roman than Neapolitan, with good-quality ingredients. In my opinion, the variety of pizzas offered is too vast, which makes it difficult to maintain high standards across all recipes.

I have been coming to this pizzeria for years and as I pass through Trecchina the stop MUST be obligatory. It's a very humble pizzeria where you can find a few starters (excellent) and some decent beer but the pizza is something indescribable. It looks more like homemade bread with seasoning on top, in short, a real Neapolitan pizza. Thanks as always to Massimo who made this place enchanting and with the classic Lucanian hospitality. Pizza che si avvicina molto alla verace. Cornicione alto e leggermente croccante. Le pizze in carta sono tantissime: Massimo è un creativo.
