A truly wonderful discovery! I chose the gluten-free version, and I must say, the pizza was delicious! Top-quality ingredients, and I didn't even feel sick afterwards (which isn't a given when you're intolerant or celiac). They were very accommodating, even when I made a small change to the flavors. Thank you!

The pizza is among the best you can eat in Salerno, but not only that, the fried food, desserts, and beers are excellent. The restaurant has well-designed spaces, allowing you to eat indoors or, in the summer, outdoors; the decor is casual but tasteful. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The only downside is the prices; the ingredients are excellent and everything is prepared and served with flair, but the prices are a bit high!

The pizza? Excellent. Superlative. Light dough and balanced toppings. Even the crust is spectacular. This is a pizza that won't leave a lasting impression. The dining room... noisy... too noisy. The staff is good but average. The quality of Mansi's pizza makes you forget every other flaw. It's a shame there's no draft beer. The bottle doesn't match. Forgo the good draft beer. Resign yourself to leaning close to your fellow diners to hear a word, and you'll eat one of the best pizzas in Italy.

Everything was truly excellent, from the location to the food. The menu was well-organized, varied, and affordable. I also tried the gluten-free pizza, which was truly delicious. I'll definitely be back.

We visited La Pizza di Antonio Mansi on June 29, 2025, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. We were served immediately and chose to sit outside on the very pleasant terrace.
We started with fried food: homemade potato croquettes, arancini with PGI mortadella and Sicilian pistachios, and a Nerano-style frittatina. Everything was delicious, light, and surprisingly easy to digest.
Next, we ordered two pizzas:
• Incazzata (traditional pizzas) with San Marzano tomatoes, fior di latte, Calabrian spianata, Spilinga 'nduja, basil, and organic extra virgin olive oil.
• Mamy (specialty pizzas) with fior di latte, grilled eggplant, 24-month-aged Parma ham, buffalo mozzarella, shavings of 24-month-aged Parmigiano Reggiano, basil, and organic extra virgin olive oil.
Both pizzas were very easy to digest, well-leavened, and with a truly excellent dough. The quality of the ingredients is evident from the first bite and makes all the difference.
In conclusion, a pizzeria that focuses on quality and attention to detail. Highly recommended!
