La Pizza del Desiderio In

I stopped here for a business lunch. I'll start by saying I'm not Sicilian, but when something is good, it's good! I ordered this appetizer to try a little bit of everything, and it was all really good! The friendly and fast service was excellent, and the price was also excellent. I would have been just as satisfied if I'd spent more! What can I say? I've added it to my favorites. If I'm ever in the area again, I know where to go!

I went there during a lunch break from work, so I took advantage of the workday menu. There's a wide selection of first and second courses, and I enjoyed what I ate. Recommended for those looking for a good quality-price ratio.

I went there with a group of people, and it was my first time. I had a great time; the place is cozy, we ate outside, and the temperature was nice. We shared mixed appetizers and mussels, and everything was delicious. Then I tried the spaghetti with clams, and I loved it. The cannoli was also fantastic! Everything went down well.

I thought it would be better... Quite disappointing. Maybe we'll go back to give it another try. The meusa sandwich was stale; if they'd reheated it, it might have been much better. The spaghetti with clams didn't taste like seafood... the clams were flavorless, the whole dish tasteless. The arancini were decent. I've had better ones from the supermarket... The caponata... that was decent too... I didn't want to be too critical, but since it was specifically requested...

Expectations fully met. For those nostalgic for Sicilian cuisine, it's a safe haven. The spleen bread is top notch, the arancini are arancini, the caponata is top notch, the panelle are top notch. I'll definitely be back; I have to try the rest. Service 3, not for the staff; they work 200% but are few... this causes a bit of slowdown or leftovers. I had spaghetti with clams and brusiate with pistachio pesto and shrimp... excellent, but they had been resting. This is the only feedback I can give the owner. I got my money's worth, I recommend it, and I hope to return soon. Fra. Palermitan!

Everything was delicious, from appetizer to dessert! From appetizer to dessert, everything was top-notch! The meatballs were delicious! Lucia, number one in the kitchen!!!

Had dinner with friends, normal dishes without any particular excellence. Good rings with ragù and cannoli Very nice dishes, but unfortunately chipped and even if it is now fashionable, it bothered me. Friendly staff

I have known IL DESIDERIO and ANDREA for years and coming back to eat here is like visiting a relative or a friend, you are at home.... Excellent food, you taste Sicily in its dishes with its aromas and traditions. Pizza to try!!!. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
