We went for lunch on Saturday, a great experience, and the staff were fantastic! The owner greeted you with a hug and immediately put us at ease. Reservations weren't necessary if you're going for an early lunch, but Sundays are recommended.
Fragrant, fresh cold cuts were accompanied by delicious homemade giardiniera (pickled vegetables) with fried gnocco. Then we moved on to the first course: spinach ravioli, homemade by his wife, porcini mushroom and sausage risotto, and the famous pisarei and fasou (I don't know how to spell it). Everything was delicious. We didn't manage to have the second course, but next time we'll try. There's a wide variety of desserts, and you can choose whatever you want. 😋
Thank you so much for the wonderful experience, we'll definitely be back. I also recommend a stroll around Piacenza's city center. 😍

Passing by on our motorbike, we gave them a call and they cleared the table and set a table for us at 2:00 PM. Everything was amazing, from the welcome to the food—it felt like lunch at grandma's house... Enzo, I'll see you in Lecce... 😅

Top-notch hospitality, top-notch fried cake, top-notch cured meats, and top-notch first courses. I'll definitely be back for a leisurely meal, because I don't like eating on a set menu on Sundays. A place like this needs to be quiet. Very beautiful and quaint.

Fixed menu with typical local dishes. Fried dumpling appetizers and high quality cured meats!!
Trio of first courses with pisarei, risotto with mushrooms, sausage and spectacular agnolotti with butter and sage. Meat second courses with ribs and roast veal with fried potatoes.
Very rich and good value homemade dessert buffet.
For quality/quantity-price ratio it is unmatched.

The only flaw is the parking, which isn't very well signposted... but the owner fixed it right away... other than that, the place is excellent. The food is excellent and the owners are friendly and hospitable...

Don't ask for the menu; they'll make sure you try everything. Super-fast service, friendly staff. The atmosphere is rustic, but you feel right at home.

Trovata per caso navigando nel web, l'osteria è davvero molto caratteristica. Ci siamo trovati subito a nostro agio perché il proprietario è davvero un personaggio, molto alla mano. Propone piatti tipici della zona a prezzi onestissimi. Se vi capita di passare da quelle parti, consiglio assolutamente di farci una capatina.

Siamo stati in questo locale a cena spinti dalle ottime recensioni ed abbiamo avuto solo conferme. Menù fisso composto da antipasto con gnocco fritto ed affettati, oltre a 3 primi: tortelli ricotta e spinaci al burro e salvia eccezionali (i miei bimbi li hanno divorati e chiesti 3 volte!!!!!), risotto ai funghi "normale" e pisarei e fasò super!
Buffet di dolci fatti in casa molto piacevoli. Conduzione familiare con marito, moglie e papà in sala e la mamma in cucina. Tutti gentilissimi e simpaticissimi. Tappa obbligatoria se si passa da lì. Davvero complimenti dagli svizzeri :-) !!!!!
