I've always been there, excellent pastry shop, staff always friendly and nice, a suggestion, your classic and stuffed colomba cakes are fabulous, a suggestion for the chocolate colomba cake, you could add a cream like for the pistachio one and in the future try making colomba cake or panettone with berries. I had the pleasure of turning to Ghezzi Italo's Pasticceria to celebrate my son's birthday, and I must say that the experience was absolutely beyond expectations. Located in the quiet hamlet of Zoccorino (MB), this pastry shop has confirmed itself as a true gem. I purchased an assortment of their vast and inviting counter: from the fresh and delicious pastries, perfect for every palate, to the pizzas and delicious sandwiches, ideal for a birthday buffet. The sandwiches could not be missing, filled with quality ingredients and prepared with care. The highlight, of course, was the birthday cake. I left carte blanche to their experience and creativity, and the result was simply spectacular, both in appearance and taste. Each slice of the millefeuille was a riot of fresh and balanced flavours, appreciated by all the guests. But the real icing on the cake (it really should be said!) was the kindness, patience and helpfulness of the staff. They were attentive to my every request, advising me in the best way on my choice and packaging everything with the utmost care. Even though my order was quite large, I didn't feel any rush or rudeness, on the contrary, I felt really welcome and listened to. The Ghezzi Italo Pastry Shop is not just a place to buy high quality baked goods, but an experience made of passion for one's work and attention to the customer. For some years I have been getting my grandchildren's birthday cakes from this pastry shop and pastries when necessary. Quality, variety and service truly above average. The costs are average but the quality/price ratio is very high. Highly recommended
