I was there on Wednesday and I would say everything was excellent, the food was excellent, the service was excellent and the view of the lake was excellent. I also bought their ragù in the little corner of their own products and it was really good.

Great and very friendly place! I also recommend their gelato, it's delicious.

Very nice place, mainly Italian cuisine, excellent service, the price is average. On the other hand, the sign "miniera dei sapori" is tiny compared to the large pizzeria sign placed on the facade of the establishment can be misleading.

The portions are generous, from the starters to the desserts, and everything is delicious. I had the pork shank, but it's plenty, even for two! The staff are courteous and friendly, and the service is quite fast. I recommend booking.

The restaurant is located on the shore of Lake Canzolino. I recommend dining on the large terrace overlooking the lake, especially in summer, but the interior is also very welcoming. Excellent hospitality and service. Typical Trentino cuisine is served, along with a well-stocked regional wine list. A small, free outdoor parking lot is available. Family-friendly.

A restaurant with plenty of seating, both inside and out, offering a typical regional menu with generous portions. The à la carte menu offers about twenty options. The dishes are delicious, although high in fat. There are no light options or non-meat proteins. The terrace overlooking the lake is beautiful.

Oggi 3 maggio 25, giornata indecisa come tempo e come voglia di camminare soprattutto di nostra figlia 13enne, girovaghiamo per la valle quando vediamo spuntare degli gnomi che ci mettono subito allegria così decidiamo di fermarci a pranzo, veniamo accolti con uno stuzzichino della casa che troviamo spettacolare, poi una porzione di canederli da dividere in quanto sono 4 pezzi, una tagliatella salsiccia e funghi e una grigliata mista, tutto molto buono, poi arriva il momento del dolce, treccia mochena con gelato alla panna..... lì ho lasciato il mio cuore, stra buona, spettacolare! Con il caffè hanno portato un assaggio di grappa arancia e peperoncino (assaggio x modo di dire, perché bastata x 2) come conclusione di un ottimo pranzo! I prezzi sono nella media ma facendo conto di quello che offrono e della qualità dei prodotti sono super onesti. Complimenti a tutto la staff!

Un po di anno fa ci ero stato ed oggi ci sono ritornato…..ho trovato un piccolo cambiamento nella qualità dei prodotti……alcune cose sono rimaste uguali come il dolce e i taglieri di salumi……per quanto riguarda i primi piatti li ho trovato cambiati con tanto olio/burro…..il sugo degli gnocchi poco cotto…….dico che può capitare ……giorno no….so che siete capaci nel vostro lavoro………le ragazze in sala se dovessero sorridere un po di più non sarebbe male…un ospite si sentirebbe ben accolto …….e non pensa di essere un peso …….I prezzi troppo alti per una famiglia ……….spero di ritornarci e ritrovarvi nei Sapori………..
