I think it's one of the best and most welcoming restaurants I've ever been to. The staff is very friendly, and the dishes are all fantastic.
I was worried that the move from Sant'Orsola to Lake Canzolino would ruin the atmosphere and, above all, detract from the deliciousness of the dishes... but luckily for me (and everyone else, I'd say), that's not the case. It's just like before, but much easier to get to (at least, starting from Trento).
Dishes you absolutely must try: Grandma Maria's Gnocchetti, Fusilli al Laricetto (fresh and fabulous!), Venison with Wild Berries. But whatever dish you choose, I think you'll do well.

The menu is not very vast but amazingly rich and interesting: You should come at least twice to have a basic chance to try it.
Food is very very good, and portions are generous too.
Service is fast and people are very kind.
On Sunday the place can become very crowded, and noisy, but the service quality doesn't drop one bit.
The parking spot could fill
Cakes tend to be a little too sweet for my liking

Since we were staying at the hotel next door, my wife and I decided to make a reservation for dinner. The dishes were excellent and plentiful, the staff were friendly and helpful, but the place was very crowded and very noisy.

Ottima esperienza...una cena business: una buona birra per iniziare accompagnata da qualche fetta di salame e del formaggio locale, poi un tagliere mocheno in due (Speck,Lonza stufata, Lardo alle erbe, Fiocco di Culatello, Formaggi trentini e mostarda di frutta casalinga...e cavolo cappuccio), a seguire dei bocconcini di cervo ai frutti di bosco e dei filettini di maiale con polenta e l'immancabile cavolo cappuccio.
Sazi e soddisfatti, in chiusura sorbetto e caffè...

Locale consigliatoci dalla gestione del maso la Marianna dove abbiamo soggiornato 1 notte. Il locale è carinissimo, pieno di gnomi di legno e oggetti di legno sparsi e appesi su tutto il locale. Siamo stati serviti da personale gentilissimo e i piatti ordinati, caratteristici della zona, erano abbondanti e davvero molto buoni.
Da vedere la stanza con tutti i salumi appesi.
Alla fine rapporto qualità/prezzo davvero ottimo
