For my daughter's birthday, December 31st, I asked for a slightly special cake because she really wanted it. I sent a photo and, together with Serena, we discussed some changes over the phone to make our cake truly unique and perfect for my daughter's wishes. It was a real success!! My daughter was thrilled, and I was even more so. I thought it would be difficult to please, given it was a holiday, but instead everything was perfect. Thanks to all the staff.
