Excellent trattoria in Segni, a beautiful village in the province of Rome. The restaurant is located in the historic center, very close to a beautiful medieval loggia. It's a charming place, where you dine immersed in history. The food is truly excellent, reasonably priced, and the staff are very friendly.

Excellent food. Friendly and helpful staff. The carbonara with truffles and the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, sausage, and truffle cream were delicious. The arrosticini and toma cheese with prosciutto were highly recommended. The bill was also excellent. See you soon.
