Excellent food. Friendly and helpful staff. The carbonara with truffles and the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, sausage, and truffle cream were delicious. The arrosticini and toma cheese with prosciutto were highly recommended. The bill was also excellent. See you soon.

Locale consigliato da un nostro collega, che abita nei pressi di Segni. Non ha deluso le aspettative: location caratteristica da loggia medievale, atmosfera famigliare, cibo all’altezza. Molto buona la tipica pasta all’uovo di segni, molto sottile e leggera da digerire, uova funghi e tartufo da provare.

Characteristic, simple place, where you can eat traditional but simply exquisite dishes. The service is typical of a trattoria and the environment is welcoming, rustic as it is difficult to find nowadays. I recommend it 100%

A charming trattoria in the historic center of Segni, just beneath the characteristic "loggetta" of Palazzo Cremona; both the cave-like interior and the small outdoor area are beautiful when the weather permits. The staff are friendly (we relied on Serena's recommendations) and the dishes are simple yet flavorful and interesting. The carbonara with truffles, and other ingredients, is delicious. Prices are still reasonable.
