With a spartan, butcher-like style, yet elegant and tidy, the restaurant offers numerous meat and vegetable dishes. The menu begins with these ingredients and offers various cuts and processed pieces, including bombette, sausage, fillings, and ragù. Gluten-free options are also available. Seating, except for two small tables along the entrance corridor, is located on the lower level. The room is air-conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi for guests. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent and precise. The dishes tasted spectacular. Highly recommended. I'll definitely be back to try the pasta dishes too. Exceptional!

Very welcoming place, excellent service. The young man who served us was courteous, kind, and attentive. The food was delicious with generous portions. At the end of the meal, we were treated to delicious pettole. Perfect value for money. Highly recommended. ❤️

The bombette were a bit undercooked and I didn't really like them, but the orecchiette with sausage and cream of courgette were sublime... The prices are in line with other restaurants in the area and not cheap... very friendly staff.

Although not very cheap, the place is very nice and the food is of good quality, with a cozy atmosphere reminiscent of the bandit era, in the historic center of Tranto.

This is our second time here, and dining here is a real treat. The meat is amazing and delicious, and the service and attention are excellent.
