Good pizza, calzone and bruschetta

It was recommended to us by a friend who often comes to Fiuggi. It's located in the center of town. The restaurant is large, with outdoor seating, clean, and offers the unique experience of dining in a "cave." The staff is attentive and friendly. The cuisine we opted for is one that other restaurants often serve. We ordered the specials of the day: two pappardelle with a delicious white wild boar sauce (I didn't see much meat on my plate), very refined and suitable for all palates; two mixed grilled meats, both delicious and well-cooked, with just the right amount; a single mixed salad, house red wine and Nepi mineral water (a shame it's not the Fiuggi variety), bread, and a single coffee, for a total of €90.00 out of €93.00 per couple. Personally, I can't justify the prices, and in any case, I was a little disappointed by the water they brought us.
