Really great food! Exceptional fettuccine, porcini cheek and fresh truffle!!! But also the gnocchi with liver sausage 'nduja burrata are fabulous!!!

The tavern is a typology of popular places, without frills, "sincere" because they are untied from the logic of appearance sold as substance, places where the lived-in interiors and the characteristic personalities of the managers and customers can be accepted as a motivation added to the pleasure of frequenting them for good cuisine: many of these places are in fact home to traditional local specialties that are difficult to find in the city. In the case of Fraschetta out of the way, the traditional local dishes are prepared with particular attention to the quality of the raw materials, to the way of cooking: from the meat, to the appetizers, the first courses, the desserts and even the house wine.
With a group of friends we spent a pleasant evening, finding ourselves faced with an unexpected quality.
As an appetizer I tasted some grilled kebabs, tender and tasty as they are difficult to find. As a main course I tried some grilled lamb, which was also tender and tasty. On the side they served me some excellent sautéed vegetables. To drink we were served loose house wine, which given the unusual quality we understood was a very good Cesanese del Piglio, produced specifically for the restaurant.
The desserts were also greatly appreciated by our table.
We found the service impeccable and welcoming at the same time.
In short, if you pass by Sora you shouldn't miss dinner in this place

The location is nice, clean and well furnished, polite but cold and detached service, as soon as you enter on the left there is a large refrigerator for maturing meat, obviously it is their strong point, we went for lunch and had a ground appetizer on usual cured meats and cheeses but there was also a spicy fried thing that I don't remember exactly what it was, good raw material, what disappointed us instead were the first courses, good raw material but... poorly executed, the meat of the pasta sauce was boiled without really flavor even though one was roe deer and the other wild boar
