A real gem! A restaurant with an absolutely non-trivial menu, characterized by a refined and high-quality raw material. Antonio and Antonella work as a team to create dishes that are always renewed and accurate, in perfect balance between the flavors of the Rio tradition and a modern reinterpretation far from the feared tourist menus. After years of hitting and running from Rio Marina, their spaghetti with shrimp colatura remain my dish that should never be missed! Also gems from the wine list, with an equally refined selection and aimed at enhancing small businesses.
