Excellent panuozzo and a good pizza 😋 service to improve

The pizza was too watery, I was almost about to ask for a spoon to be brought to remove the broth, another pizza had a chasm in the center as if it were Dante's Inferno. For the rest, nice crunchy crust, retro style atmosphere, characterful waiter, and very good panuozzo. Prices far too high, I can understand the "it's stuff from our land, nothing frozen etc etc" but €10 average price for a pizza is exaggerated.
