The pizza dough is delicious, and the brewmaster is top-notch. The venison ragù is one of the best I've tasted in Trentino, and it really shines when paired with the homemade pasta.
A wide variety of beers, and a selection of accompaniments to match your dish.
A must-try if you're in Fiera di Primiero.

Very nice place, friendly staff, and excellent food. Only one (not insignificant) flaw: the slow service... an hour and a half for a first course is definitely too long, even at rush hour.

Phenomenal pizza.
We were in Fiera di Primiero for a few days, and honestly, we didn't think we'd have to come all the way up here to eat pizza of this caliber. Gianluca the pizza chef certainly knows his stuff. The traditional cuisine is also impressive. Congratulations. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back.

Congratulations! From the wine list to the craft beers they produce... not to mention the music, at least of our genre (80s/90s/2000s),

We were there during the Desmontegar festival, and despite the chaos everywhere, they were really good at managing the situation. The service was fast and friendly. The food was really good, professionally prepared, and they paid special attention to the little ones' orders. A truly beautiful place. We'll definitely be back.

Excellent craft beer, aperitif at very reasonable prices. We didn't try the restaurant. The atmosphere is rustic and traditional, well-kept and spacious. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Really nice place.

A fantastic surprise in the center of Fiera di Primiero: I've always been coming here, and I found this restaurant just recently opened, and I'll be back every time I pass by! Beautiful location, modern but with classic touches that warm you as soon as you walk in. The staff is knowledgeable, fast, and truly friendly and welcoming. The food is mouth-watering! You MUST try the pistachio-crusted tomino cheese and the mushroom soup! They also have an excellent selection of wines and beers.
I hope to return as soon as possible!!! 😍
