Andrea and Simonetta a guarantee, exceptional value for money

An up-and-down experience, with room for improvement We recently went to dinner at Simonetta and Andrea, attracted by the well-known name and by recommendations from friends. The place has a nice atmosphere and a good capacity for hospitality, although when it gets crowded the organization can be a bit slow. The hot seafood appetizer was good, without any particular enthusiasm. The linguine with clams didn't convince us entirely, especially regarding the overall quality of the dish. The wait between courses was very long, over an hour in our case, although it must be said that the staff, young and courteous, apologized, explaining the lack of experienced staff. The fried food, abundant but standard. Nothing tragic, but nothing memorable. The final bill was correct (about €44 per person), although some prices on the menu seemed a bit above average, considering the quality and service. In conclusion: it can be good for an evening without too many demands, especially if you are not in a hurry. If you are looking for fresh fish and attentive service, maybe it is better to call first and make sure it is the right evening. Ps I really appreciate your response, if I may say that it was not the best evening for both of us. I will certainly accept your invitation for my next stay 🤝

Prenotato e fortunato... pesce di ottima qualita' e sapientemente cucinato .ottimo servizio attento e preciso ... i polpi dell 'antipasto di mare. che squisitezza... le polpette di pesce si struggono in bocca la frittura e il polpo alla brace IMPAGABILE.....A breve il cacciucco .... non vedo ra di assaggiare
