La Conca In Serrone

Sono di origine di qui, e quando mia nonna faceva i finifini al sugo di pecora, la polenta con spuntature, abbacchio alla cacciatora, i broccoletti e dolci ciociari, tutto aveva lo stesso sapore che trovo in questa trattoria. La genuinita’, la cortesia, l’ospitalita’ genuina. Tutto. Grazie a voi tutti della Conca. Ci rivediamo presto .

Restaurant with large lounge; TV with subtitles so as not to disturb, but to entertain; calm and quiet atmosphere. Let's get to what is most interesting, that is, how you eat. We are talking about a restaurant that offers traditional local dishes and I must say that you eat really well. Pleasantly surprised by the gnocchi with sauce which is not among my favorite dishes; pasta with artichokes and bacon really tasty and fine fine with delicious mushrooms. The meat, as for the second courses, is exquisite: rabbit, lamb and pork are cooked according to the customs of the Ernica area... those who came before us knew a lot about cooking 🤠

Having arrived here during a cycling holiday in the evening at a rather late hour, the owner was exceptionally kind in welcoming us anyway despite the time and the place being full because there was a private party in progress, so we still had the opportunity to stay overnight and eating in this simple and perhaps a little old establishment but the food was really excellent and the room had everything you needed, the rest was done by the exquisite hospitality of the owners and the excellent value for money. Definitely recommended
