I returned to this local pizzeria, and since the management changed, the atmosphere has become more familiar and welcoming. The service has improved, it's faster. I have to try the pizzas. I'll be back.

09/11/2025: We went to Trattoria Cris e Mery in Cossato for the Ben Conciá day dedicated to polenta concia, and it was a truly excellent experience! The typical Piedmontese appetizer was a truly delicious crostini with lard, chestnuts, and honey. The polenta concia was delicious, as per true Biella tradition, creamy and rich in flavor. Finally, an excellent bunet. The staff were kind, friendly, and very welcoming. A truly worthwhile trattoria: authentic, simple, and well-prepared cuisine.

21/10/2025: They're always kind and helpful, and they also offer many useful services (like Vinted parcel collection with the Post Office, for example). Sometimes I wonder how they manage to keep up with everything so courteously. In this area of ​​Biella, they've been a point of reference and a meeting place for years.
19/08/2025: Sandwiches for all tastes at a really interesting price. Very nice owners. Booking recommended.
