Good pizza, and friendly service. The place does not wink at the fashions of the period, a retro place for people of substance and not appearance!

Three of us went on a Saturday evening without booking, they welcomed us kindly and even though everything was already full they prepared a table for us and let us sit. You can choose from a large variety of pizzas, all well seasoned and large. Classic appetizers and draft beer. I highly recommend it. See you soon.

Un locale in centro dove mangiare una pizza gustosa ad un prezzo molto ragionevole. L' impasto è sottile/croccante, quindi non gradito da tutti. Prenotare perché i posti sono pochi.

pizzeria with wood oven in the evening and Roman trattoria during the day characterize this business which has been in existence for almost 17 years and is very well known in Viterbo. The kindness and cleanliness are just a backdrop to the very tasty dishes and the fine and well-seasoned pizzas. Low prices.

Cercavo una pizza buona in zona per un asporto e ho provato la Cava attirato dalle recensioni positive. Non posso che confermare, pizza fatta in forno a legna leggerissima e buonissima! Inoltre tutto lo staff è molto cordiale, davvero un posto dove tornare!

28/11/2024: I've been there many times but only at the bar, never been for lunch or dinner. My experience is absolutely positive, the staff is always kind and friendly, sometimes they have really excellent sweets. Until next time.
25/10/2024: The place could have a better setup, but the tagliatelle del quadrifoglio (beef, pork and wild boar ragù) are spectacular. The pizzas are also excellent. Menu for celiacs

02/09/2024: It's a shame, otherwise I would have given it a 5 but the last time we were there exactly a few evenings ago, something hurt us and we were sick for a whole day, even two, definitely the kataifi prawns off the menu. Beautiful, romantic and relaxing place. Friendly staff. Average price.
